Menu

Breakfast

Omelet from 2 eggs with vegetables or 80 g of chicken breast with a garnish from vegetables.

Second breakfast

150 g of the fermented milk product containing live bacteria (cottage cheese, fermented baked milk, kefir, yogurt).

Lunch

Braised beef with a garnish from vegetables, instead of vegetables vegetable soup, a spoon of wheat bran is possible. The second option – buckwheat cereal with vegetable salad.

Afternoon snack

150 g of any fermented milk product, pear or apple.

Dinner

The baked fish with vegetables or a portion of cottage cheese and fresh vegetables, a tablespoon of wheat bran.
