Rules of the Diet of an oriental dance:

  • Not less than 5 meals a day (admissions are prohibited);
  • Break between meals 2,5-3 hours;
  • Small portions of food, in one step no more than 2 dishes;
  • Meal either proteinaceous or carbohydrate, they have to alternate (if a breakfast a proteinaceous, then second breakfast carbohydrate, a lunch proteinaceous, etc.);
  • Dietary thermal treatment of products (it is forbidden to fry in oil);

Option 3: 0,5 l of kefir.

Useful tips

Council 1: If it is necessary to get rid of considerable weight, it is better to refuse sweets absolutely, having replaced them with fresh fruit, or to afford them occasionally.

Council 2: It is possible to alternate not proteinaceous and carbohydrate meals, and proteinaceous and carbohydrate days: one day preferential proteinaceous, another – carbohydrate, etc.
