Раствор для инфузий Гепасол-Нео Gepasol-Neo – the drug with the content of solution of amino acids for parenteral food used at treatment of a liver failure.

Form of release and structure

Gepasol-Neo produce in the form of solution for infusions 8%: transparent, from weak-yellow color to colourless; with osmolarity – 770 ¼Äß¼/l, рН – 5,7-6,3 (on 500 ml in glass bottles, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack or 10 bottles in a cardboard box).

1 l of solution include active agents: glycine – 5,82 g; L-arginine – 10,72 g; A L-histidine – 2,8 g; L-serine – 2,24 g; L-methionine – 1,1 g; L-proline – 5,73 g; L-izoleytsin – 10,4 g; A L-leucine – 13,09 g; L-valine – 10,08 g; L-phenylalanine – 0,88 g; A L-lysine monoacetate – 9,71 g (the maintenance of a L-lysine – 6,88 g); L-threonine – 4,4 g; L-alanine – 4,64 g; L-tryptophane – 0,7 g; Acetylcysteinum – 0,7 g (content of L-cysteine – 0,52 g).

Auxiliary components: glacial acetic acid – 4,42 g/l; water for injections – to 1 l.

Energy value of solution – 320 kcal/l (1344 kJ/l).

Indications to use

Treatment and parenteral food (full or partial – at addition of solutions of fatty emulsions and carbohydrates) at the functional disturbances of a liver (liver failure) which are followed by dysfunction of a brain (hepatic encephalopathy) and without it;
Treatment of prekomatozny states and hepatic coma.

Contraindications

Overhydratation;
Disturbances of metabolism of amino acids;
Hypopotassemia;
Hyponatremia;
Heart failure (in a decompensation stage);
Renal failure (at patients with a renal failure at a hepatic coma it is necessary to consider, what of these states more dangerously);
Pregnancy and period of a lactation;
Age up to 18 years (safety and efficiency for this age group of patients are not established);
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

The mode of dosing Gepasola-Neo is set individually. At purpose of drug concentration of ammonia in blood and severity of a course of a disease is considered.

Gepasol-Neo enter intravenously kapelno. Speed – 1,0-1,25 ml/kg of body weight an hour (30-35 drops a minute) that corresponds to 0,08-0,1 g of amino acids/kg an hour. The drug can be administered with the maximum speed – 1,25 ml/kg an hour.

The maximum dose of Gepasola-Neo – 18,75 ml/kg a day.

As a rule, drug is used before total disappearance of neurologic symptoms.

Side effects

At use of Gepasola-Neo in the recommended doses according to indications side effects were not revealed.

Special instructions

It is reasonable to apply Gepasol-Neo only according to the provided indications, it is exclusive in medical hospitals.

During therapy it is periodically necessary to control an electrolytic and acid-base condition, extent of hydration of an organism, a condition of function of kidneys.

It is possible to apply only transparent solution. Before use it is necessary to be convinced that the bottle with drug is not damaged.

Medicinal interaction

There is information on interaction of the separate Gepasola-Neo components with theophylline that can lead to increase in clearance.

Because of numerous data on interaction of in vitro it is not recommended to add other drugs to Gepasol-Neo solution.

Gepasol-Neo it is compatible to such antibiotics as: пиперациллин, erythromycin, цефтриаксон, amikacin, ampicillin, tsefotaksy, doxycycline, gentamycin, chloramphenicol, clindamycin, penicillin, нетилмицин, tetracycline, Tobramycinum and Vancomycinum.

Also drug can be used at the same time with the following medicines: Chlorpromazinum, cyclophosphamide, Aminophyllinum, Cimetidinum, digoxin, Cytarabinum, a dopamine, famotidine, ftoruratsit, phytomenadionum, folic acid, heparin, Methylprednisolonum, a methotrexate, furosemide, insulin, lidocaine, calcium a gluconate, Methyldopum, Metoclopramidum, propranolol, morphine, Norepinephrinum, низатидин, Riboflavinum and ranitidine.

Terms and storage conditions

To store at a temperature of 15-25 °C in protected from light, the place, unavailable to children.
