Application instruction:
Histone – antiallergic parapharmaceutical outside means or dietary supplement (in the form of capsules).
Form of release and structure
Dosage forms:
- Cream (on 15 or 30 ml in aluminum tubas);
- Capsules (on 12 pieces in blisters, in packaging 3 blisters).
Active components of cream: диметикон, oil of a lily of the valley, betulin, peptide extract of a lupine, extracts: birch kidneys, Veronika eared, turns three-separate, herbs of an euphorbia, violet three-colored, flowers of a calendula, edema grass.
Composition of active ingredients of 1 capsule:
- Vitamin A;
- B5 vitamin;
- B12 vitamin;
- Vitamin E;
- Dry extract of an immortelle;
- Dry extract of a train three-separate;
- Dry extract of a camomile pharmaceutical;
- Meletin;
- Auxiliary components.
Indications to use
Cream
Use of Gistan in the form of cream is shown for removal of an itch and prevention of new rashes:
- Medicinal allergic reactions in the form of skin rashes;
- Neurodermatitis;
- Eczema;
- Small tortoiseshell;
- Skin itch;
- Photodermatosis;
- Stings of insects;
- Prevention of infectious complications against the background of therapy by corticosteroid ointments.
Capsules
As dietary supplement to food at predisposition to allergic diseases.
Contraindications
- Period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Besides, children cannot accept capsules aged up to 14 years.
Route of administration and dosage
Cream
Cream is applied outwardly, applying with a thin layer on skin of affected areas of a body.
The procedure is carried out 1 time a day within 1-4 weeks.
Duration of treatment depends on efficiency of therapy, portability of drug, existence and expressiveness of side effects.
Capsules
Capsules accept inside during food.
The recommended dosing: on 1 capsule of 1 times a day within 20 days, then after 10 days of a break it is recommended to repeat a course.
Within a year carrying out several courses of therapy is shown.
Side effects
Cream
- Local reactions: an itch, burning, paresthesias, acne rash, a folliculitis, a skin atrophy, hypopigmentation, a hypertrichosis, perioral dermatitis, maceration of skin, allergic contact dermatitis, accession of consecutive infection, a heat rash, striya (when using occlusive bandages the risk of development of the undesirable phenomena increases);
- Systemic action: in case of simultaneous use of outside glucocorticosteroid means on the body parts exceeding the area of a palm of the patient, for a long time – adrenal insufficiency, an Icenco-Cushing syndrome and other side effects, characteristic of glucocorticosteroids.
Special instructions
Cream
It is necessary to specify the diagnosis in the absence of clinical effect within 2 weeks of use.
Not to allow hit of cream in eyes.
It is necessary to control function гипоталамо - pituitary and adrenal system when drawing glucocorticosteroid outside funds for extensive body parts for an appreciable length of time, especially when using occlusive bandages.
It is necessary to consider that use of GKS can slow down processes of healing of wounds, distort a clinical picture of pathology and complicate diagnosis.
In case of irritation of skin in a site of application use of cream should be cancelled.
At treatment of children it is necessary to use a cream minimal effective dose.
Capsules
Reception of capsules of Gistan should be begun after preliminary consultation of the doctor.
At emergence of reactions of hypersensitivity it is necessary to stop therapy.
Medicinal interaction
Interaction at simultaneous use of Gistan with other medicines is not established.

To store in the unavailable to children, protected from light, dry place at a temperature up to 25 °C.
