What products are resolved?

Diet basis – buckwheat cereal which is cooked in advance, in the evening. There are three ways of preparation:
First way the simplest and bystry. Buckwheat is washed out and filled in with boiled water then leave in capacity under a cover for the night. It is impossible to add anything, including salt and sugar.

The second way for those who prefer razvarenny grain. Take buckwheat and water in proportions 1:2. The washed-out grain is filled in with cold water, brought to boiling and cooked without spices on strong fire in a pan with an open cover until water is absorbed almost completely. During a buckwheat diet drink 1,5-3 liters of water a day. Still mineral water, green and herbal teas, coffee or black tea without sugar is resolved. It is possible to add a segment of a lemon or lemon juice to water and tea.

It is allowed to flavor porridge with a teaspoon of honey and dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots, raisin) – 5-6 large berries a day.

It is occasionally admissible to fill porridge with vegetable oil and to add to it one-two ringlets of crude onions.

It is possible to replace kefir with natural low-fat yogurt.

All products, except described above, are prohibited during a buckwheat diet.

Menu

The daily menu includes unlimited number of buckwheat cereal and 1 liter of kefir.

Food is eaten by 5-6 times a day, have supper not later, than in 4 hours prior to a dream. At feeling of hunger it is possible to drink a glass of kefir before going to bed.
