Application instruction:
Hondro – a number 
of the medicines possessing hondroprotektorny action and promoting recovery of structure of the injured cartilage of joints.
Pharmacological action
Active agent chondroitin sulfate contains in many medicines of hondroprotektorny action (in some – together with the glycosamine which is also possessing it property). As a hondroprotektor chondroitin sulfate "struggles" with arthrosis, promoting recovery of cartilaginous surfaces of the affected joints, improvement of production of liquid in joints and normalization of its "lubricant" properties.
Chondroitin the sulfate forming a cartilaginous matrix together with collagenic fibers as active agent is included into Artifleks Hondro's drug.
According to Artifleks Hondro reduces a degeneration and stimulates process of recovery of cartilaginous tissue, possesses the antiinflammatory and anesthetizing action. Drug slows down a caries, accelerating its regeneration, and reduces calcium losses.
Release form
Artifleks Hondro is let out in the form of solution for injections, in ampoules on 2 ml. On five or ten ampoules in packaging.
Artifleks Hondro's analogs on the mechanism of action are drugs Artron Hondreks, Mukosat and Struktum.
Indications to use
According to Artifleks Hondro's instruction appoint at treatment:
• Primary arthrosis;
• Intervertebral osteochondrosis;
• Osteoarthrosis;
• Osteoporosis;
• Periodontopathies;
• Changes (for acceleration of formation of a bone callosity).
Contraindications
Artifleks Hondro according to the instruction is contraindicated:
• At individual intolerance of any of drug components;
• At a disease of thrombophlebitis;
• At a renal failure;
• In case of tendency to bleeding.
Besides, drug is not appointed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and also to children.
Route of administration
Artifleks 
Hondroprimenyayut every other day intramusculary on 1 ml. If the patient transfers drug well, the dose is increased from the fourth injection to 2 ml.
25-35 injections for a course are recommended. Repeated treatment is appointed in six months.
Side effects
Artifleks Hondro according to reviews can cause:
