Колдакт
Application instruction:
Колдакт – drug with antikongestivny, antihistaminic and vasoconstrictive action.
Form of release and structure
Колдакт produce in the form of capsules of the prolonged action (10 pieces in blisters, on 1 blister in a cardboard pack).
Active agents are a part of 1 capsule:
- Hydrochloride of a fenilpropanolamin – 50 mg;
- Chlorpheniramine maleate – 8 mg.
Indications to use
- Rhinitises (allergic, chronic, acute);
- Sinusitis;
- Acute respiratory viral infections, flu.
Contraindications
- Age up to 12 years;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
The feeding and pregnant women can accept Koldakt only in cases if the estimated advantage for health of the woman is higher than the existing risk for the child or a fruit.
Route of administration and dosage
Колдакт accept inside.
Single dose – 1 capsule, frequency rate of reception – 2 times a day (with observance of a 12-hour interval).
Duration of therapy is defined by indications:
- Flu and acute respiratory viral infections – 1-3 days;
- Chronic rhinitis – 30 days;
- Allergic rhinitis – 3-6 days;
- Sinusitis – 6-12 days.
Side effects
During Koldakt's use such side effects as a headache, drowsiness, dryness of mucous membranes, arterial hypertension can develop.
Special instructions
During performing therapy by the patient it is necessary to be careful at control of vehicles (because of decrease in concentration of attention and time of reaction).
Medicinal interaction
Колдакт strengthens effects of somnolent and sedative medicines.
Drug is incompatible with alcohol.

To store in dry, unavailable to children, the cool place.
