Lespeflan
Application instruction:
Lespeflan – hypoazotemic and diuretic means of a plant origin.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – liquid extract (solution) for intake: liquid from light brown (with a shade of orange) till henna-red color, with a specific smell (in bottles on 100 ml, in a cardboard pack 1 bottle).
Active agent of Lespeflan – escapes of a lespedeza two-color: in 100 ml – 70,8 g.
Auxiliary components: ethanol of 95%, anisic oil, the purified water.
Indications to use
Drug is used as a part of complex therapy of a chronic renal failure of various genesis in the latent, compensated and intermittent stages.
Contraindications
- Alcoholism;
- Liver diseases;
- Brain diseases;
- Craniocereberal injuries;
- Age up to 18 years;
- Pregnancy;
- Lactation;
- Hypersensitivity to components.
Route of administration and dosage
Lespeflan it is necessary to accept inside 5-15 ml (1 tea-1 tablespoon) 3-4 times/days. If necessary just before reception means can be diluted with water.
Duration of treatment makes 3-4 weeks. On doctor's orders in 2-3 weeks the repeated course is possible.
Side effects
At hypersensitivity to drug allergic reactions are possible, the hyponatremia in some cases develops.
Special instructions
Considering a plant origin of Lespeflan, at storage of solution formation of an easy deposit is possible that does not influence efficiency of drug.
In case of development of a hyponatremia administration of drugs of sodium is shown.
It is necessary to consider that the maximum daily dose (15 ml) contains 18,9 g of absolute alcohol that can entail reduction in the rate of reactions. It is important at control of vehicles or occupation on potentially dangerous productions requiring special attention, speed of psychomotor reactions.
Medicinal interaction
Because of availability of ethanol as a part of Lespeflan the patients receiving insulin, hypoglycemic means (sulphonylurea derivatives, Metforminum) and drugs oppressing the central nervous system cannot appoint it.
Lespeflan's use in a combination with the drugs causing intolerance of alcohol since it is fraught with development of disulfiramopodobny effect is contraindicated.
