The name of a diet speaks for itself – it is loved by many for efficiency, ease in observance and a simple diet. If to adhere to recommendations about the correct exit from a diet, the risk of return of the dumped kilograms is minimum.

Duration of a diet makes 7 days: 3 days drinking, 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 1 proteinaceous and 1 combined (day of an exit from a diet).

Diet of "A favourite diet" on days:

  • drinking day. Only liquid food (soups, broths, compotes, juice) is allowed. Freshly squeezed juice is diluted with water in the ratio 50/50 to reduce caloric content. It is recommended to use at least salts to avoid hypostases and to reduce load of kidneys. It is necessary to drink not less than 2 l of pure still water;
  • vegetable day. Any vegetables, in crude (better), a boiled and stewed look are resolved. From vegetables cook salads and vinaigrettes. Nutritionists recommend to enter a white cabbage which has fat-burning effect into the menu. Salads for improvement of taste can be filled with the olive oil, lemon juice fat-free by yogurt or soy sauce;
  • fruit day. Any fruit and berries, except grapes and bananas are resolved. It is desirable that in the menu there were grapefruits having fat-burning properties. It is necessary to eat 1-2 fruits every 2-3 hour, at the same time the gross weight of the fruit eaten in a day has to make 1–3 kg. In intervals between meals it is necessary to drink pure still water;
  • proteinaceous day. Chicken fillet, fast fish, shrimps and eggs are resolved. Besides, it is possible to use yogurt or cottage cheese;
  • the combined day. The diet consists of fruit and vegetables which were present in the second and third days of a diet, and also products usual for growing thin, – stewed vegetables, the baked meat, vegetable soup. All dishes have to be slightly salted insufficiently. Preserved foods and semi-finished products are prohibited.

To usual food after end of a diet it is necessary to be returned gradually, entering on one new product every day. Within 2-3 weeks it is necessary to watch menu caloric content, avoiding fat and sweet dishes. Other effective way of deduction of weight – fasting days once a week.

Advantages

"The favourite diet" – effective system of weight loss, in 7 days disappears 4-5 kg of excess weight. At the correct exit from a diet the dumped kilograms will not return.

The following products are resolved:

  • vegetables, fruit, berries (except grapes and bananas);
  • chicken fillet, chicken broth, low-fat fish, seafood, eggs;
  • skim milk, kefir, cottage cheese, yogurt, low-fat cheese;
  • peas, buckwheat;
  • olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce;
  • green and black tea, freshly squeezed juice.

Salt is admissible in a small amount.

What products are prohibited?

All which were not included into the list resolved belong to the prohibited products, including sugar.

Example of the menu of "A favourite diet" for 7 days:

First day

Breakfast: 200 ml of kefir, tea.

Lunch: 200 ml of chicken broth.

Afternoon snack: 150 ml of yogurt.

Dinner: 200 ml of milk.

Second day

Breakfast: 2 tomatoes.

Lunch: the fresh cucumbers, cabbage and greens salad filled with olive oil.

Afternoon snack: 2 cucumbers.

Dinner: sweet pepper, cucumbers and greens salad.

Third day

Breakfast: 200 ml of fruit milk cocktail, tea.

Second breakfast: 200 ml of milk.

Lunch: 200 ml of chicken broth.

Afternoon snack: 200 ml of kefir.

Dinner: 200 ml of milk.

Fourth day

Breakfast: 2 oranges.

Second breakfast: grapefruit.

Lunch: fruit allsorts from apples, a kiwi and oranges.

Afternoon snack: pear and apple.

Dinner: 200 ml of milk.

Fifth day

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs.

Second breakfast: 200 g of boiled fish.

Lunch: 150 g of chicken fillet, 100 g of boiled peas.

Afternoon snack: 100 g of cottage cheese.

Dinner: 100 g of cheese.

Sixth day

Breakfast: 200 ml of kefir, tea.

Second breakfast: 200 ml of grapefruit juice.

Lunch: 200 ml of chicken broth.

Afternoon snack: 200 ml of milk and fruit cocktail.

Dinner: 200 ml of milk.

Seventh day

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, tea.

Second breakfast: any fruit.

Lunch: 200 ml of easy soup with buckwheat or rice.

Afternoon snack: any fruit.

Dinner: the fresh vegetables salad filled with vegetable oil.

Useful tips

Council 1: it is not necessary to change priority of days of a diet or to replace one day with another.

Council 2: in addition to grapefruit, it is desirable to add a kiwi to fruit salads, also having fat-burning properties.
