Application instruction:
ЛораГЕКСАЛ – drug with antipruritic, antiallergic action.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form of release of LORAGEKSALA – a tablet: oval, white, on one of the parties – risk and an engraving "LT | 10" (in blisters on 7 or 10 pieces, on 1-3 or 5 blisters in a cardboard pack).
Is a part of 1 tablet:
- Active ingredient: лоратадин – 10 mg;
- Additional components: corn starch – 18 mg, monohydrate of lactose – 69,175 mg, magnesium stearate – 1 mg, anhydrous colloid silicon dioxide – 1,825 mg.
Indications to use
- Quincke's disease (Quincke's edema);
- Hay fever (seasonal and year-round), rinokonjyunktivit seasonal allergic, a conjunctiva inflammation, a small tortoiseshell, including a chronic idiopathic small tortoiseshell;
- Pruritic dermatosis;
- Allergic reactions to stings of insects;
- Pseudo-allergy.
Contraindications
Contraindication to use of LORAGEKSALA is hypersensitivity to drug components.
Administration of drug is not recommended to the feeding and pregnant women.
ЛораГЕКСАЛ do not appoint to children 2 years are younger.
Route of administration and dosage
Pill is taken inside.
The recommended dosing mode (a daily dose with frequency rate of reception once a day):
- Children of 2-12 years: 5 mg;
- Children with body weight from 30 kg: 10 mg;
- Children are more senior than 12 years and adults: 10 mg.
Side effects
During reception of LORAGEKSALA development of the following disturbances is possible:
- Seldom: allergic reactions, increased fatigue, tachycardia, nausea, dryness in a mouth, gastritis, vomiting, functional disturbances of a liver, a headache, excitability (at children), cough, dizziness;
- In some cases: pathological hair loss (alopecia).
Special instructions
Against the background of functional disturbances of a liver because of probability of disturbance of clearance of a loratadin it is necessary to reduce an initial daily dose of LORAGEKSALA twice (to 5 mg).
Medicinal interaction
Interaction with alcohol at use of LORAGEKSALA in therapeutic doses was not revealed.
Concentration of active ingredient (loratadin) in a blood plasma without clinical manifestations and influence on the electrocardiogram at the combined use is increased by Cimetidinum, erythromycin and кетоконазол.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 25 °C.
