Negrustin

Negrustin – drug of a plant origin with antidepressive, sedative and anxiolytic action.

Form of release and structure

• Solution for intake (on 50 or 100 ml in dark glass bottles, in a pack a cardboard 1 bottle complete with a measured glass);
• Capsules: firm gelatinous, with the opaque red case and an opaque green lid; contents – the granules of grayish-brown color having characteristic pleasant aroma (on 10 pieces in the blister, in a cardboard pack of 3, 4, 6 or 10 blisters).

For intake contains in 1 ml of solution:

• Active agent: liquid extract of a grass of a St. John's Wort – 791 mg;
• Excipients: sorbite of 70%, propylene glycol, glycerin, fragrances.

Contains in 1 capsule:

• Active agent: dry extract of a grass of a St. John's Wort – 425 mg;
• Excipients: hydrophosphate calcium dihydrate, cellulose microcrystallic, lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid, talc;
• Structure of a cover: sodium lauryl sulfate, a chlorophyll copper (a copper complex of a chlorophyll, E141), titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin, the water purified ferrous oxide yellow (E172), gland (III) oxide red (E172).

Indications to use

For both dosage forms:

• Psychovegetative frustration (including as a part of complex therapy);
• Conditions of alarm, concern and fear;
• Depressive frustration easy and moderate severity.

Contraindications

Absolute:

• Photosensitization in the anamnesis owing to administration of drugs of a St. John's Wort;
• Endogenous depressions;
• Children's age up to 12 years;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

It is not recommended to appoint medicine during treatment monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

With caution Negrustin in the form of solution for intake patients should take with intolerance of fructose.

Route of administration and dosage

Negrustin it is necessary to accept inside during food: to swallow of capsules entirely and to wash down with enough water, to accept in pure form or to dilute solution in a small amount of water.

To adults and children 12 years are more senior appoint on 1 capsule 1-2 times a day or 1 ml of solution 3 times a day.

Side effects

• Dermatological reactions: a photosensitization (hypersensitivity to action of ultraviolet or visible radiation);

Special instructions

Sick diabetes mellitus it is necessary to consider that 1 ml of solution corresponds 0,01 GU (grain unit).

Data on harmful effects of drugs of a St. John's Wort on pregnant women and the nursing women are absent, nevertheless during these periods Negrustin can be applied only on doctor's orders, after careful assessment of the expected advantage and potential risks to the fruit/child.

Medicinal interaction

Indirect anticoagulants (for example, фенпрокумон and warfarin), protease inhibitors, amitriptyline, индинавир, нортриптилин, theophylline and cyclosporine can reduce Negrustin's efficiency.

At simultaneous use of other drugs causing a photosensitization strengthening of sensitivity of an organism to action of ultraviolet radiation is possible.

The St. John's Wort drugs accepted along with oral contraceptives can lead to bleedings.

At the combined use of Negrustin with other antidepressants (for example, fluvoksaminy, paroksetiny, tsitalopramy, sertraline or fluoxetine) strengthening or development of side effects, such as psychomotor excitement, fear, nausea and vomiting is possible.
