Prostamol Uno
Application instruction:
Prostamol Uno – drug of a plant origin with anti-proliferative, anti-androgenic and antiinflammatory action for treatment of diseases of a prostate.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – capsules: gelatinous soft, oval, with a lightproof cover of black-red color; contents – olive-brown liquid with a characteristic smell (in blisters on 15 pieces, in packaging 1, 2 or 4 blisters).
Active agent: spirit extract of fruits of a palm tree creeping (in the ratio 9-11:1), in 1 capsule – 320 mg.
Additional components: suktsinilirovanny gelatin, titanium dioxide, the water purified глицерол, dyes crimson Ponso R and ferrous oxide black.
Indications to use
- Benign hyperplasia of a prostate of I and II stages;
- Dysuric symptoms (a pain syndrome, a night pollakiuria, frustration of an urination, etc.) at chronic prostatitis.
Contraindications
Prostamol Uno is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components which are its part.
Route of administration and dosage
Drug should be accepted inside after food: to swallow of capsules entirely, without chewing and to wash down with enough liquid.
To adult patients appoint on 1 capsule of 1 times a day at the same time.
The doctor determines therapy duration in each case individually. The recommended course duration – at least 3 months.
Side effects
Prostamol Uno is generally had well. At administration of drug nausea and heartburn are on an empty stomach possible. In rare instances there are allergic reactions.
Special instructions
Medicine does not influence sexual function of patients, speed of reactions and ability to concentration of attention.
Prostamol Uno reduces expressiveness of dysuric symptoms and prevents further growth of tissues of prostate gland, but does not promote reduction of its increased sizes.
Medicinal interaction
Cases of negative effects of interaction of Prostamol Uno with other medicines are not known.
