Пульмекс
Application instruction:
Пульмекс – the combined medicine of a plant origin with antiinflammatory, expectorant and antiseptic action.
Form of release and structure
Dosage forms of release of Pulmeks:
- Ointment (on 40 g in tubas, on 1 tuba in a cardboard pack);
- Ointment (Pulmeks of the baby) for children of younger age (on 20 g in a tuba, on 1 tuba in a cardboard pack).
Active agents as a part of 1 g of ointment:
- The Peruvian balm (does not contain pitch) – 60 mg;
- Camphor – 125 mg;
- Essential eucalyptus oil – 50 mg;
- Essential rosemary oil – 50 mg.
Active agents as a part of 1 g of ointment for children of younger age:
- The Peruvian balm (does not contain pitch) – 60 mg;
- Essential eucalyptus oil – 50 mg;
- Essential rosemary oil – 50 mg.
Auxiliary components: carbomer 974 P, % polysorbate 20, 30 sodium hydroxide solution, the purified water.
Indications to use
Пульмекс appoint along with other medicines at treatment of diseases of the respiratory tracts of inflammatory and infectious and inflammatory genesis proceeding with cough: tracheitis, tracheobronchitis, bronchitis (acute and chronic), acute respiratory diseases.
Contraindications
- Epileptic syndrome (existence of instructions in the anamnesis);
- Age up to 6 months (Pulmeks of the baby) and up to 3 years (Пульмекс);
- Injuries of skin, existence of skin diseases on sites of alleged putting ointment;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
It is not recommended to the feeding and pregnant women to use drug.
Route of administration and dosage
Пульмекс apply outwardly.
Ointment in a small amount is applied, slightly rubbing, 2 times a day on a breast and a back (upper and average speak rapidly). After full absorption the site of application of drug should be covered with dry warm fabric.
Side effects
Pulmeks's use can be followed by development of side effects in the form of skin allergic reactions.
At development of other disturbances it is necessary to consult with the specialist.
Special instructions
To apply Pulmeks on mucous membranes (in particular, a mouth and a nose), on the injured skin and burn surfaces it is impossible. At accidental hit of ointment in eyes or on mucous membranes they should be washed out cold water.
Drug healthy skin does not irritate.

To store in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 30 °C.
