Celery diet – one of options of a soup diet where the main ingredient of soup is the celery. The celery has property to burn fat and to bring excess water out of an organism and therefore the diet is very effective.

Basis of this diet – vegetable soup on the basis of a celery. It can be cooked according to two recipes and to alternate.

We provide both recipes:

Option first. Ingredients: celery stalks (200 g), white cabbage (500 g), onions (3 pieces), carrots (1 piece), siliculose haricot (100 g), tomato (3 pieces), paprika (1 piece), tomato juice (1,5 l). Vegetables small cut, fill in with tomato juice, bring to boiling on strong fire, boil several minutes. Then reduce fire and cook to readiness;

Option second. Ingredients: celery stalks (200 g), white cabbage (500 g), onions (2 pieces), tomato (2 pieces), paprika (2 pieces), water (2 l). All vegetables small cut and fill in with water then on strong fire bring to boiling. Having boiled thoroughly several minutes, diminish fire and cook 10 more minutes.

Soup on any of recipes should be cooked every day that it was fresh. Is it it is possible when it wants and how many it will want, there are no restrictions. However nevertheless nutritionists advise is often and in the small portions, it is so more useful to the alimentary system, besides the stomach does not stretch.

Celery stalks as a part of soup can be replaced with similar quantity of its leaves.

Every day it is necessary to drink about 2 l of pure still water.

Heat treatment of products is carried out by one of dietary ways: boiling, roasting, processing ferry.

Before the Celery diet it is recommended to spend unloading week. In seven days it is necessary to refuse bread, macaroni, sweets, smoked, greasy food and sweet carbonated drinks.

Let's provide the menu of the Celery diet for 7 days. First day

Soup, fruit (any except bananas).

Second day

Soup, vegetables in the raw.

Third day

Fourth day

Fifth day

Soup, 600 g of chicken fillet or beef or fish, 6 tomatoes.

Sixth day

Soup, fresh vegetables, 350 g of chicken fillet or beef.

Seventh day

Soup, fresh vegetables, brown rice.
