Antibody anti-determinant (Greek anti-– against; opposite property, action, situation + lat. determinantis, determinans – defining, limiting; synonym: the active center of an antibody) – one of structural elements of a molecule of an antibody which represents a crack or a hollow complementary on structure to determinant group of antigen, and provides specific interaction of antigen with an antibody.
