Brock the closed infundibulectomy

Brock the closed infundibulectomy (R. Brock page, the English surgeon, was born in 1903; infundibulectomia; lat. infundibulum – a funnel + ectomia, from Greek ektome – cutting, removal, excision) – the surgery applied to expansion of a pulmonary trunk at Fallo's tetrad: removal of muscles on the output site of a right ventricle by means of the special tool entered through a ventricle wall.
