Castle's intrinsic

Castle's intrinsic (Greek gaster, gasteros – a stomach + мукопротеид (globulin with presence of aminosugars); synonym: мукопротеид gastric, Kasla an internal factor) – biologically active agent which cosecretes additional cells of an output part of glands of a body and a greater cul-de-sac; connects B12 vitamin and promotes its absorption by an intestinal wall; the lack of a Castle's intrinsic can lead to anemia.
