Valkhera situation

Valkhera situation (historical; G. A. Walcher, the German gynecologist, 1856-1936) – position of the woman in labor at which she lies on spin, on the edge of a bed with freely hanging down legs that promotes some increase in the direct sizes of a small pelvis; it was used at insignificant discrepancy of the sizes of a head of a fruit to basin parameters.
