Venglovsky operation

Venglovsky operation (P. I. Venglovsky, sort. 1876, date of death presumably between 1918 and 1920) – a ventriculostomy at which carry out drainage of a side ventricle with use of a rag of a firm meninx with feeding it a vessel curtailed in the form of a tubule with an internal surface of a cover of a knaruzha.

Whether you know that:

In Great Britain there is a law according to which the surgeon can refuse to do to the patient operation if he smokes or has excess weight. The person has to refuse addictions, and then, perhaps, he will not need an operative measure.
