Venule(s) (venula, - ае – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya), diminutive from armor. vena – a vein) – the blood vessel included in structure of vascular network from which veins depart.

Types of venules:

  • Water (aquosae);
  • Post-capillary (postcapillares);
  • Direct (rectae);
  • Retina spots upper (macularis superior);
  • Retina spots lower (macularis inferior);
  • Retinas temporal upper (temporalis retinae superior);
