Tropikamid
Application instruction:
Tropikamid - the medicine presented in the form of eye drops.
Active 
ingredient - тропикамид (5 mg). Excipients: sodium chloride (7 mg), dinatrium ethylene diamine tetraacetate (0,5 mg), chloride a benzalkoniya of 50% (0,2 mg), hydrochloric acid, water for injections.
Pharmacological action of Tropikamid
Pharmacological action of Tropikamid - cholinolytic, mydriatic. Drug causes accommodation paralysis, a mydriasis (mydriasis), promotes blocking of m-holinoretseptorov. According to reviews to Tropikamid, medicine causes paralysis of accommodation, smaller in comparison with atropine, and has weaker influence on intraocular pressure. Tropikamid's action develops 5-10 minutes later after an instillation, reaching the maximum by 15-20 minutes. The mydriasis (at 0,5% solution) remains within 1 hour, when using 1% of solution - 2 hours. Accommodation paralysis (after instillation of 1% of solution) remains for 30 minutes. Optimum time of a research of an eye - 30-40 minutes (when using 0,5% of solution) and 25-30 minutes after a repeated instillation at 1% solution. Full completion of paralysis of accommodation is possible in 3 hours after instillation.

Indications
