This system was developed by the Polish nutritionist Jan Kvasnevsky, the food specialist with a 30-year experience, and called it "Optimum food". He believes that it is most effectively possible to grow thin on greasy food as it provides bystry saturation and is easily acquired, and the increased protein content promotes destruction of fatty stocks (in the conditions of the ketosis arising in the absence of carbohydrates in food, the organism really begins to get energy from fat).

Doctor Kvasnevsky considers vegetables and fruit superfluous in a diet: they contain a lot of water, that is they can be replaced without loss with usual drinking water, and cellulose is too rough for an organism. The vitamin deficiency in this system is offered to be filled up, actively eating an offal (a liver, kidneys, heart, lungs). However, occasionally vegetables nevertheless are allowed – by way of exception.

At emergence of any signs of deterioration in health the fatty diet should be interrupted.

The standard optimum ratio of the main components in a diet the following: fat – 1, proteins – 0,8, carbohydrates – 4. And the diet of a fatty diet of doctor Kvasnevsky needs to be made, proceeding from other ratio: fat – 3,5, proteins – 1, carbohydrates – 0,8.

Rules of a fatty diet of doctor Kvasnevsky:

  • diet basis – meat and fat;
  • it is necessary to eat food at emergence of feeling of hunger, there is no strict schedule of food;
  • it is necessary to enter a diet at once, without preliminary preparation;
  • meal has to pass in a quiet situation, at the same time it is impossible to read and watch TV, it is important to chew each piece carefully;
  • after food it is necessary to have a rest within 15 minutes that the organism could digest food quietly;
  • physical exercises are allowed only in 2-3 hours after meal.

According to doctor Kvasnevsky, it is possible to adhere to a diet as much as long. If it is decided to leave it, then to keep the received result, it is necessary to refuse further the use of sweet and flour food, to drink a lot of water and to be engaged in physical exercises.

The fatty diet allows to lose weight to people with an excess weight and to recover to people with deficit of body weight.

The lack of carbohydrates of a diet leads to a ketosis – the sharp growth of number of ketonic bodies in blood. The ketosis really promotes splitting of fats in an organism, but at the same time arise slackness, drowsiness, decrease in concentration of attention and overall health worsens.

The fatty diet is dangerous to people with atherosclerosis, diseases of the alimentary system and any chronic diseases.

What products are resolved?

  • fat, fat meat;
  • offal (liver, lungs, kidneys, heart);
  • eggs (5-8 pieces a day);
  • fat milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, cheeses;
  • fat sausages;
  • macaroni and potatoes (in a small amount).

What products are prohibited?

  • fruit and vegetables;
  • the products containing cellulose (grain, bran, any grain);
  • sugar;
  • pastries, except for a small amount of bread.

Breakfast

Fried eggs from 3 eggs with sausages, sausage or bacon, unsweetened tea. It is possible to add a bread piece.

Russian cabbage soup on a strong beef-infusion broth, salad with language or beef.

Cheesecakes with a glass of natural cream or fried potatoes with cutlet.
