Adaklin
Application instruction:
Adaklin – means for external use with antiinflammatory and komedonolitichesky action, contributes to normalization of processes of an epidermal differentiation and keratinization.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – cream for external use of 0,1%: soft weight with homogeneous structure of almost white or white color (on 30 g in an aluminum tuba, in a cardboard pack 1 tuba).
Active ingredient of Adaklin – адапален, in 1 g of cream – 0,001 g.
Auxiliary components: пропилпарагидроксибензоат, methyldextrosums stearate, squalane (natural), macrogoal (20), methylparahydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, dinatrium эдетат, глицерол, sodium hydroxide, циклометикон, carbomer (934P).
Indications to use
Adaklin's use is shown to dl of treatment of acne rash.
Contraindications
- Period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- Age up to 12 years;
- Individual intolerance of components of drug.
With care it is necessary to use at dermatitis, seborrhea, eczema.
Route of administration and dosage
Cream is intended for external use.
It is necessary to apply cream on previously cleared and dry-through face skin with a uniform layer by a light touch.
The procedure is carried out 1 time a day before going to bed. The clinical effect is shown in 1-2 months of regular treatment, after 3 months – there occurs steady improvement.
Repetition of a course is possible only according to the recommendation of the doctor.
Side effects
Against the background of Adaklin's use emergence in the place of application of undesirable effects of dermatological character in the form of irritation, a hyperemia, skin peelings is possible. In this case it is necessary to reduce frequency rate of procedures or to temporarily suspend treatment until total disappearance of signs of irritation of skin.
Special instructions
It is necessary to avoid hit of cream on mucous membranes of lips, eyes or a nose. At their accidental hit it is necessary to wash out plentifully warm water.
Because of risk of emergence of irritation of skin, during treatment it is recommended to use sunglasses and hats not to allow hit of direct sunshine on face skin.
It is contraindicated to apply cream in combination with cosmetics with the irritating or drying effect, including spirits or the drugs containing ethanol.

Cream can be used at simultaneous use of clindamycin, peroxide benzoyl.
