First day

Dinner: carrots, apple, cabbage, beet salad, with addition of a spoon of vegetable oil. Slice of whole-grain bread, ham piece, soft-boiled egg.

Third day

Breakfast: cheesecakes with sour cream or jam, fruit, coffee or tea.

Lunch: the low-fat meat made on a grill, a green salad with addition of lemon juice, tomato juice, fruit (orange, grapefruit or apple).

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, a glass of yogurt without additives, several small tomatoes, a toast or a bread slice, a pear or apple.

Fourth day

Breakfast: yogurt with fruit or jam, toasts with oil, coffee or tea.

Lunch: fried or boiled meat of a chicken, cabbage salad, slice of whole-grain bread, coffee or tea.

Dinner: cottage cheese with addition of green onions or paprika, a garden radish, a bread piece, a glass of milk.

Fifth day

Breakfast: sour cream, coffee cottage cheese casserole or tea, berries.

Lunch: grated carrots with boiled meat, boiled potatoes in a uniform, tea or coffee.

Dinner: fried eggs with vegetables, tomatoes, lemon juice and green onions salad, apple.

Sixth day

Breakfast: the baked apple, a toast with tomato, cheese and ham, tea or coffee.

Lunch: boiled fish with the green salad filled with lemon juice, a piece of whole-grain bread, freshly squeezed orange juice.

Dinner: boiled beef with grated horse-radish, a green salad, apple, kefir.

Seventh day

Breakfast: small loafs with fish, cream cheese and a green salad. Freshly squeezed apple or grapefruit juice.

Lunch: boiled chicken meat with rice, vegetable salad, a slice of bread or a toast, citrus fruit, coffee or tea.

Dinner: glass of yogurt, small cutlets, bread slice, apple.

Useful tips:

Council 1: If there is a strong wish for some sweet, then it is better to afford a sweet dish for breakfast, otherwise desire can become persuasive, and then failure is possible.

Council 2: It is worth affording 1-2 days a week for breakfast something from darlings, but dishes, undesirable on a diet, – it will give the chance more strictly to observe restrictions in other days.
