Angionorm
Application instruction:
Angionorm – the phytodrug for therapy of heart failure with the expressed antithrombocytic and antiagregantny activity having antiinflammatory and angioprotektorny properties, having the venotoniziruyushchy and improving microcirculation effect, activating diuretic function of kidneys. Improves the general condition of an organism, increasing physical effeciency, strengthening a stress - tire-tread activity and making moderate analgetic impact.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form of drug Angionorm – tablets, coated: biconvex, a cover of yellow color, on a section layers of yellow and white color, a kernel – from light brown till dark brown color with light impregnations are visible (on 10 pieces in a blister strip packaging from PVC/Al or packaging paper with a polyethylene covering, 1, 2 or 3 packagings in a cardboard pack; on 30 pieces in banks polymeric or banks polymeric with control of the first opening and the shock-absorber, 1 bank in a cardboard pack).
Structure of 1 tablet, coated:
- active ingredient: extract dry (received from mix of medicinal vegetable raw materials – hips with the content of total quantity of flavonoids in terms of авикулярин – 0,0005 g, hawthorn fruits, glycyrrhiza roots, horse-chestnut seeds) – 0,1 g;
- auxiliary components: monohydrate of lactose, potato starch, cellulose microcrystallic, stearic acid;
- cover (forms by a building method): povidone low-molecular, magnesium hydroxycarbonate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide colloid, dye tropeolin-O;
- mastic for glossing: beeswax, liquid paraffin.
Indications to use
Angionorm use as a part of complex therapy of the following diseases which are followed by vascular disorders:
- thromboembolisms and fibrinferments with the increased aggregation of thrombocytes;
- fibrinferments of capillaries with disturbance of their permeability and microcirculation;
- the varicosity, thrombophlebitises, posttrombotichesky syndrome which are followed by disturbance of venous blood circulation.
Contraindications
- serious chronic illness of digestive tract, kidneys and a liver (with disturbance of their functions);
- lactose intolerance, insufficiency of lactase, intolerance of fructose, deficit of invertase/isomaltase, glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption (since as a part of tablets there is a lactose and sucrose);
- children's and teenage age up to 18 years (there are no uses given about safety);
- pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding (there are no uses given about safety);
- hypersensitivity to phytodrug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Pill Angionorm is taken inside 40 minutes later after meal.
The recommended dosing mode – on 1 piece 3 times a day. Increase in a single dose up to 2 pieces 3 times a day perhaps in case of need and good tolerance of drug the patient.
Therapy course duration – up to 3 weeks. Carrying out a repeated course is allowed to destination the attending physician.
Side effects
Possible side effects owing to therapy by Angionorm: dispeptic frustration, hypersensitivity reactions.
Long use of drug in the doses exceeding recommended can cause strengthening of degree of manifestation of dozozavisimy side effects. It is in that case recommended to carry out a symptomatic treatment.
Special instructions
Patients with a diabetes mellitus have to consider that the maintenance of grain units in 1 tablet – 0,023 XE, and in the maximum daily dose – 0,138 XE.
Medicinal interaction
It is possible to apply Angionorm in a complex with the following medicinal substances / drugs: antiinflammatory, hypolipidemic, soothing, anticoagulants of direct and indirect action, antibiotics.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in the dry, dark place at a temperature not above 15-25 °C. To protect from children.
