AntiGrippin

AntiGrippin – the combined drug with antiallergic, analgeziruyushchy and febrifugal action.

Form of release and structure

AntiGrippin is produced in the following forms:

• Powder for preparation of solution for intake with honey and lemon or camomile taste (in bags on 5 g);
• Sparkling tablets without taste or with taste of grapefruit or raspberry;
• Sparkling tablets for children with fruit taste.

1 bag contains: 500 mg of paracetamol, 200 mg of ascorbic acid, 10 mg of chlorphenaminum of a maleate;

1 sparkling tablet contains: 500 mg of paracetamol, 200 mg of ascorbic acid, 10 mg of chlorphenaminum of a maleate;

1 sparkling tablet for children contains: 250 mg of paracetamol, 50 mg of ascorbic acid, 3 mg of chlorphenaminum of a maleate.

Indications to use

AntiGrippin is appointed at treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases (a SARS, flu) which accompany:

• Fever;
• Nose congestion;
• The increased temperature;
• Joint pain and muscles;
• Headache;
• Pharyngalgia and bosoms of a nose.

Contraindications

The digestive tract erosive cankers proceeding in an aggravation phase;

• Closed-angle glaucoma;
• The expressed renal and/or liver failure;
• Hypersensitivity to ascorbic acid, paracetamol, chlorphenaminum or other components of medicine.

The medicine in the form of powder for preparation of solution and sparkling tablets for adults also should not be accepted at the following states / diseases:

• Alcoholism;
• Fenilketonuriya;
• Prostate hyperplasia;
• Children's age up to 15 years;
• Pregnancy and period of feeding by a breast.

Sparkling tablets for children are not appointed the patient 3 years are younger.

With care apply AntiGrippin:

• Renal and/or liver failure;
• Inborn hyperbilirubinemia (Gilbert's syndrome, Rotor and Cudgel Johnson);
• Deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy;
• Viral hepatitis.

Sparkling tablets for adults and the solution prepared from powder should be taken with caution:

• Alcoholic hepatitis;
• Advanced age;
• Giperoksalaturiya (for tablets with taste).

Also care is demanded by administration of drug against the background of the progressing malignant diseases (for tablets with taste).

Route of administration and dosage

AntiGrippin is accepted inside. Powder or tablets dissolve in 200 ml of warm water just before reception.

To adults and children 15 years are more senior reception of 1 bag of powder or 1 sparkling tablet with taste or without 2-3 times a day is shown. As much as possible – 3 bags or 3 tablets a day.

Apply a children's form of a medicine to children:

• 3-5 years – on 1/2 tablet 2 times a day;
• 5-10 years – on 1 tablet 2 times a day;
• 10-15 years – on 1 tablet to 3 times a day.

The interval between drug intake has to be not less than 4 hours, and against the background of renal failures or a liver – it is not less than 8 hours. Duration of reception of AntiGrippin without appointment of the doctor makes:

• Up to 5 days – as anesthetic;
• Up to 3 days – as an antipyretic.

Side effects

In most cases at use of AntiGrippin in the recommended dosages side effects do not develop. In isolated cases can arise:

• Feeling of fatigue, headache (central nervous system);
• Pain in epigastric area, nausea (alimentary system);
• Hypoglycemia (endocrine system);
• Anemia, hemolitic anemia (bodies of a hemopoiesis);
• Skin rash, small tortoiseshell, itch, Quincke's edema (allergic reactions);
• Ischuria, disbolism, hypervitaminosis, dryness in a mouth, feeling of heat, accommodation paresis, drowsiness (others).

Special instructions

Before a concomitant use of AntiGrippin with Metoclopramidum, domperidony or Colestyraminum it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

The probability of an abnormal liver function and kidneys increases against the background of prolonged use in the doses exceeding recommended.

AntiGrippin should not be accepted along with alcoholic beverages.

Terms and storage conditions

Period of validity irrespective of a dosage form – 3 years (on condition of storage at a temperature of 10-30 °C).
