The products which did not enter the allowed list, including sugar, grain, flour, dairy products are prohibited.

The use of salt is undesirable, however if it is impossible to exclude it completely, then a small amount is allowed.

Approximate menu of the Bezkrakhmalny diet:

Breakfast

Option 1: fruit salad, green tea.

Option 2: pear, apple, 200 ml of orange juice.

Option 3: a green salad with olive oil, ½ grapefruits.

Lunch

Option 1: chicken fillet on a grill, ragout from a vegetable marrow, cabbage and carrots, 200 ml of pineapple juice.

Option 2: boiled beef, ½ sweet pepper, 1 tomato, 200 ml of grapefruit juice.

Option 3: fish on couple, the fresh vegetables salad filled with lemon juice and olive oil, green tea.

Having a snack

Option 1: 200 ml of fruit juice.

Option 2: big pear.

Option 3: several plums.

Dinner

Option 1: white cabbage and carrots salad, orange.

Option 2: stewed vegetables, green tea with a lemon.

Option 3: a mix from a cauliflower and broccoli on couple, green tea.

Useful tips

Council 1: The concentrated fruit juice against the background of a diet can cause the undesirable phenomena (abdominal distention, nausea, appetite strengthening, etc.) therefore it is recommended to dilute it with water in a proportion 3:1 or 2:1.
