Dinner: 1 toast, 200 ml of apple juice.

Third day

First breakfast: 1 toast, 200 ml of milk.

Second breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese.

Lunch: 100 g of boiled rice, a portion of salad from 50 g of a white cabbage, 50 g of greens and 50 g of pulp of a lemon.

Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, lettuce leaves, apple.

Dinner: 1 toast, 200 ml of apple juice.

Fourth day

First breakfast: ¼ pineapples, 200 ml of pineapple juice.

Second breakfast: 1 toast, 200 ml of pineapple juice.

Lunch: 100 g of meat on couple, 30 g of cheese, orange.

Lunch: 2 baked potatoes, 140 g of grated carrots from ½ tsps of linseed oil.

Dinner: 1 toast, 200 ml of pineapple juice.

Fifth day

First breakfast: 1 toast, 200 ml of mango juice.

Second breakfast: apple, orange.

Lunch: 150 g of fish on couple, 120 g of boiled carrots.

Lunch: 250 ml of vegetable soup on a beef-infusion broth, a bread piece.

Dinner: 1 toast, 200 ml of mango juice.

Sixth day

First breakfast: 1 toast, 200 ml of apple juice.

Second breakfast: 140 g of salad from crude beet in ½ h l. olive oil.

Lunch: 250 ml of vegetable soup on a beef-infusion broth, a bread piece.

Lunch: 120 g of boiled mushrooms, 120 g of any fresh vegetables.

Dinner: 1 toast, 200 ml of apple juice.

Seventh day

First breakfast: banana, 150 g of grapes.

Second breakfast: 1 toast, 200 ml of grape juice.

Lunch: 100 g of meat on couple, 120 g of salad from a white cabbage, greens, onions and a lemon.

Lunch: 250 ml of mushroom or fish soup, 100 g of fruit salad.

Dinner: 100 g of grapes, 200 ml of grape juice.

The menu of one week of the Brazilian diet on 14 days, the second week repeats the first:

First day

Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, apple, black coffee.

Lunch: ragout from sweet paprika, a vegetable marrow, onions and carrots, ½ chickens on a grill.

Useful tips

Council 1: In diet option for 14 days it is authorized to eat both fresh apples, and baked.
