Cerniltonum – the means of a plant origin intended for treatment of prostatitis, and also a hyperplasia of a prostate of high-quality character. Препарат растительного происхождения Цернилтон

1 tablet of Cerniltonum – biconvex, round, light yellow color with more dark impregnations – contains:

Water-soluble fraction of the fermented extract of pollen of plants (Graminex TM G60) – 60 mg;
Fat-soluble fraction of the fermented extract of pollen of plants (Graminex TM GFX) – 3 mg;
Excipients (colloid dioxide of silicon, microcrystallic cellulose, magnesium stearate).

Pharmacological action of Cerniltonum

According to the instruction Cerniltonum represents the drug having antiedematous and antiinflammatory effect, normalizing regulation of metabolic processes thanks to the carbohydrates which are its part, phytosterols and amino acids. The main pharmacological property of means is the dozozavisimy inhibition of a 5-lipooksigenaza and TsOG that promotes oppression of synthesis of leukotrienes and prostaglandins, and, therefore, to reduction of hypostasis and an inflammation of tissues of prostate. Besides, according to reviews, Cerniltonum reduces not only puffiness, but also a pain syndrome. Drug weakens smooth muscle elements of a back wall of an urethra that leads to improvement of an urination.

The use of Cerniltonum according to the instruction of the specialist leads to reduction of volume of a prostate due to selective blocking of alfa1-adrenoceptors of smooth muscle elements of an urethra, inhibition 5 - alpha reductases, promoting improvement of erectile function and having anti-androgenic effect on the man's organism.

Indications to use of Cerniltonum

Cerniltonum is applied as a part of complex therapy to treatment of acute and chronic prostatitis, and also a benign hyperplasia of the prostate burdened by the prostatitis which is speeded up by an urination. Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active and auxiliary components of drug. It is not intended for reception by women (including, pregnant and nursing) and children.

Side effects of Cerniltonum

In some responses to Cerniltonum emergence of allergic reactions at drug use, in rare instances – nausea is noted. Overdose cases are not revealed by Cerniltonum till today's time.

Route of administration of Cerniltonum and dosage

Cerniltonum is used inside, for half an hour to food, washing down with a small amount of liquid. It is not necessary to combine treatment by Cerniltonum and drug analogs with alcohol intake.

The recommended drug dosage at acute prostatitis: 4 tablets 3 times a day. Duration of reception is defined by the doctor and makes about 3 months.

At chronic prostatitis: 1 tablet 3-4 times a day. The average duration of treatment – 3-6 months;

At a benign hyperplasia of a prostate: 2 tablets 3 times a day. The course of treatment makes 6-12 weeks, but according to indications can be increased before half a year.

Special instructions

At bacterial prostatitis of chronic character therapy by Cerniltonum and an analog of drug – Adenoprostal is possible only in combination with antibacterial drugs which purpose has to be carried out by the specialist.

Storage of Cerniltonum is carried out in the dark, dry place, at a temperature not above 25 degrees Celsius. A drug period of validity in similar conditions – 5 years.
