Solution for intramuscular introduction: colourless, transparent, without foreign inclusions (on 2 or 5 ml in glass bottles, on 5 (5 ml) or 10 (2 ml) bottles in the pallet, on 1 pallet in a cardboard pack);
Solution for topical and external use of 0,25%: colourless, transparent, without foreign inclusions (on 10 or 20 ml in glass bottles or on 10 ml in bottles droppers or bottles with a nozzle sprayer, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack).

For intramuscular introduction is a part of 1 ml of solution:

Active agent: дезоксирибонуклеат sodium – 15 mg;
Auxiliary components: sodium chloride, water for injections.

For topical and external use enters into structure of 1 ml of solution:

Active agent: дезоксирибонуклеат sodium – 2,5 mg;
Auxiliary components: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Indications to use

Derinat in the form of solution apply to intramuscular introduction at treatment of such diseases / states as:

Disturbance of a hemogenesis;
Radiation defeats;
The resistance and miyelodepressiya to cytostatics at oncological patients connected with radiation and/or cytostatic therapy (stabilization of a hemogenesis, decrease miyelo-and cardiotoxicities of himiopreparat);
The stomatitises induced by cytostatic drugs;
Erosive gastroduodenit, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum;
Obliterating diseases of vessels of the lower extremities (II-III stage);
Coronary Heart Disease (CHD);

As monotherapy Derinat in the form of solution to topical and external use is applied at the following diseases:

Dystrophic and inflammatory diseases of eyes;
Inflammatory diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity;
Acute respiratory viral infection (treatment and prevention);
Acute Respiratory Diseases (ARD).

As a part of complex treatment solution for topical and external use is appointed at treatment of such diseases as:

Chronic and acute diseases of upper parts of respiratory tracts (rhinitis, sinusitis, including antritis, a frontal sinusitis);
Fungus, chronic inflammatory diseases, bacterial and other infections of mucous membranes in gynecologic practice;
The infected and for a long time not healing wounds (including at a diabetes mellitus);
Obliterating diseases of the lower extremities;
Gangrene;
Trophic ulcers;
Post-beam necroses of skin and mucous membranes;
Freezing injuries;
Burns;
Hemorrhoids.

Contraindications

To apply Derinat contraindicated with hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

The adult Derinat in the form of solution for intramuscular introduction enter within 1-2 minutes in an average single dose 75 mg (5 ml of solution for intramuscular introduction of 15 mg/ml). An introduction interval – 24-72 hours.

Depending on indications apply the following schemes of treatment:

Coronary heart disease – 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml, a break between introductions – 48-72 hours. A medical course – 10 injections;
Oncological diseases – 5 ml (75 mg a day), a break between introductions – 48-72 hours. A medical course – 10 injections;
Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum – 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml, a break between introductions – 48 hours. A medical course – 5 injections;
Tuberculosis – 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml, a break between introductions – 24-48 hours. A medical course – 10-15 injections;
Benign hyperplasia of a prostate, prostatitis – 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml, a break between introductions – 24-48 hours. A medical course – 10 injections;
Clamidiosis, endometriosis, endometritis, mycoplasmosis, ureaplasmosis, myomas, a salpingo-oophoritis – 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml, a break between introductions – 24-48 hours. A medical course – 10 injections;
Chronic inflammatory diseases – 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml: the first 5 injections with a break 24 hours everyone, the subsequent – with an interval of 72 hours. A medical course – 10 injections;
Acute inflammatory diseases – 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml, a break between introductions – 24-72 hours. A medical course – 3-5 injections.

At use of solution of 15 mg/ml on 2 ml of an injection it is necessary to carry out every day, doing recalculation, before achievement of a dose of 375-750 mg on a course.

Frequency rate of intramuscular administration of drug at children same, as at adults. Drug is used in the following doses:

Up to 2 years: an average single dose – 7,5 mg (0,5 ml of solution for intramuscular introduction of 15 mg/ml);
2-10 years: the single dose is defined at the rate of 0,5 ml of drug for a year of life;
10 years are more senior: an average single dose – 75 mg (5 ml of solution for introduction of 15 mg/ml in oil), a course dose – to 5 injections of drug.

Derinat in the form of solution apply to external and topical administration depending on localization of the proceeding process.

Can use drug adults and children from the first day of life.

For prevention of a SARS in each nasal course it is necessary to dig in 2 drops of solution 2-4 times a day. Therapy duration – 7-14 days. At development of symptoms of a respiratory disease within the first days Derinat dig in 2-3 drops in each nasal course each 1-1,5 hours, further – 3-4 times a day on 2-3 drops. Duration of a medical course can vary from 5 to 30 days.

Depending on a disease Derinat apply according to the following schemes:

Inflammatory diseases of adnexal bosoms and nasal cavity – 4-6 times a day on 3-5 drops dig in in each nasal course. Duration of a medical course – 7-15 days;
Inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity – 4-6 times a day it is necessary to carry out rinsing of an oral cavity (1 bottle on 2-3 rinsings). Duration of a medical course – 5-10 days;
Chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections in gynecologic practice – irrigation of a vagina and neck of uterus or intravaginalny introduction of tampons with solution is shown. On the procedure – 5 ml, frequency rate of use – 1-2 times a day. Duration of a medical course – 10-14 days;
– Derinat 2-3 times a day it is necessary to dig in heavy inflammatory and dystrophic processes in ophthalmologic practice in eyes on 1-2 drops. Duration of a medical course – 14-45 days;
Hemorrhoids – rectal administration of drug by means of microclysters on 15-40 ml is shown. Duration of a medical course – 4-10 days;
Post-beam necroses of mucous membranes and integuments, it is long not healing wounds, burns, freezing injuries, gangrene, trophic ulcers of various etiology – 3-4 times a day it is necessary to apply application bandages the struck places (a gauze in 2 layers) with the applied solution. It is possible to process also struck surface of 4-5 times a day drug from the sprayer on 10-40 ml. Duration of a medical course – 1-3 months;
Obliterating diseases of the lower extremities – for achievement of system effect Derinat dig in 6 times a day in each nasal course 1-2 drops. Duration of a medical course – up to 6 months.

Side effects

At intravenous administration of Derinat at patients with a diabetes mellitus hypoglycemic action which needs to be considered can be noted, controlling glucose level in blood.

At topical and external use of drug side effects are not revealed.

Special instructions

Derinat does not possess Embriotoksichesky, cancerogenic and teratogenic action.

Perhaps hypodermic administration of drug.

At surgical sepsis Derinat's use as a part of complex therapy causes immunity activation, reduction of level of intoxication, hemopoiesis normalization. Also improvement of work of the bodies responsible for processes of a detoxication of internal environment of an organism is observed (including a spleen and lymph nodes).

Drug reduces a yatrogennost of basic medicines at therapy of a pseudorheumatism with achievement of 50% and 70% of improvement on a number of complex indicators of activity of a disease.

Derinat exponentiates medical effect of basic therapy at a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum.

According to the conducted clinical trials, Derinat's efficiency against the background of standard therapy at patients with an exacerbation of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of varying severity is proved. In this case apply intramusculary 5 ml of solution of 15 mg/ml, an interval between introductions – 24-48 hours. A medical course – 5-10 injections.

At external and topical administration at treatment of sphacelisms under the influence of Derinat in the centers of rejection spontaneous sloughing with recovery of an integument is noted. At burns and open wounds analgeziruyushchy action is noted.

Medicinal interaction

Derinat increases efficiency of tsitostatik, antineoplastic antibiotics of an anthracycline row.

Derinat's use as a part of complex therapy allows to increase efficiency and to reduce treatment duration at considerable decrease in doses of antibiotic drugs and antiviral means with increase in the periods of remission.

At topical administration Derinat is incompatible with peroxide of hydrogen and ointments on a fatty basis.
