Application instruction:
Dibikor – the drug improving metabolism and power supply of fabrics.
Form of release and structure
Is issued in tablets: ploskotsilindrichesky, white or almost white color, with risky and a facet (250 mg – on 10 pieces in planimetric strip packagings, in a pack of cardboard 3 or 6 packagings; on 30 or 60 pieces in banks from dark glass, in a pack of cardboard 1 bank; 500 mg – on 10 pieces in planimetric strip packagings, in a pack of cardboard 3 or 6 packagings).
Active agent: taurine, in 1 tablet – 250 or 500 mg.
Auxiliary components: potato starch, cellulose microcrystallic, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid (aerosil), gelatin.
Indications to use
- Diabetes mellitus of 1 type;
- The diabetes mellitus 2 types including which is followed by a hypercholesterolemia;
- Cardiovascular insufficiency of various nature of an origin;
- Intoxications caused by cardiac glycosides.
As hepatoprotective means Dibikor appoint to the patients accepting antifungal drugs.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to drug components – the main contraindication to Dibikor.
Due to the lack of clinical data on safety of use drug is not appointed to patients aged up to 18 years.
Route of administration and dosage
Dibikor it is necessary to accept inside.
The recommended schemes of treatment depending on indications:
- Heart failure: on 250-500 mg 2 times a day in 20 minutes prior to meal, therapy duration – not less than 30 days. If necessary the daily dose is increased to 2000-3000 mg;
- Intoxication cardiac glycosides: not less than 750 mg a day;
- Diabetes mellitus of 1 type: on 500 mg 2 times a day in a combination with insulin. The course of treatment makes 3-6 months;
- Diabetes mellitus 2 types: on 500 mg 2 times a day as monodrug or in a combination with other peroral hypoglycemic means;
- As hepatoprotective drug: on 500 mg 2 times a day during the entire period of use of antifungal means.

Allergic reactions to Dibikor's components.
Special instructions
The patients receiving Dibikor and accepting cardiac glycosides need to reduce a dose of the last depending on sensitivity of patients to cardiac glycosides (the dose decline can sometimes be required twice). The similar requirement concerns blockers of slow calcium channels.
Information on safety and efficiency of use of drug by pregnant women and the feeding women is absent.
Medicinal interaction
Taurine strengthens an inotropic effect of cardiac glycosides.
If necessary Dibikor it is possible to apply in a combination with other medicines.
Terms and storage conditions
To store at a temperature up to 25 ºС in the dry, dark place unavailable to children.
