The diet of 6 petals, namely so it called the method, six days last, each of which assumes consumption only of one product. Products are picked up so that to provide an organism to all necessary for a diet. In a diet of 6 petals it is very important to observe the sequence of "petals" - days with a certain set of products. It is not necessary to change products in it as their choice is not accidental, and it is carefully reasonable.

Every day in a diet corresponds to one petal, in general they make a flower with six petals. Also profitability is important - for observance of this diet exotic products are not required, all set can be bought in the next supermarket and it will manage cheap, in any case, not more expensive than usual food.

The diet of 6 petals, undoubtedly, makes positive impact on an organism. The monodiet unloads a digestive tract, giving it rest and a possibility of recovery. Alternation of the products which are picked up taking into account their nutritional value completely covers needs of an organism in necessary macro - and microelements. Thanks to it there are no such unpleasant satellites of many diets as fragility of nails and hair, a skin aggravation of symptoms, decrease in immunity.

During the whole days of a diet it is possible to use salt, natural spices, sheet greens, to have tea or coffee without sugar.

Experience of followers shows that it is simple to keep to a diet of 6 petals. Limited product set is not perceived hard as there is no rigid restriction of amount of the eaten food, the painful feeling of hunger is absent.

What products are resolved?

So, the list of the resolved products following:

1 day – fish. The fish of any grades prepared in any dietary way is allowed i.e. fish salty, smoked, fried in oil is excluded. It is welcomed baked, steamed, fried on a grill, boiled. It is possible to cook a fish soup, only unlike usual fish soup, in dietary there will be only two products: fish and greens.

2 day – vegetable. Any vegetables will approach, however it is necessary to remember that if the purpose of a diet is dumping of weight, then it is desirable to limit the use of potatoes, having given preference to not starchy vegetables (attention – to limit does not mean to exclude completely). Cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet pepper, vegetable marrows, eggplants, green peas, siliculose haricot, cabbage of all grades, and, of course, sheet greens are welcomed. Vegetables can be eaten crude, it is possible to mix in salads (but it is necessary to fill such salad only with lemon juice, without oil and even yogurt), to cook, extinguish, bake in an oven and on a grill.

3 day – chicken. The diet this day consists of the chicken fillet (chicken breast) without skin made by rules of a diet of fish day i.e. a dietary way. As well as in a case with fish, we will allow the chicken broth on a breast seasoned with greens.

4 day – cereal. Any cereals and dietary products from them are eaten. Any porridges (without oil and sugar, on water), muesli, grain and otrubny small loafs, sunflower seeds are welcomed. Sweet groat porridges on milk and the flakes, rich baking, fresh bread, croutons of industrial production (containing flavoring additives) are prohibited.

5 day – cottage cheese. It is possible to eat cottage cheese of any fat content, however it is impossible to add to it sour cream, cream, sugar, honey, raisin, etc.

6 day – fruit. Any grades of fruit, rules of preparation same, as for vegetables on second "petal" of a diet are resolved. It is possible to mix fruit in salads, seasoning them with cinnamon, vanilla or other natural spices, also svezheotzhaty fruit juice without additives is resolved, however here it is necessary to be careful as some of them (for example, apple) stimulate appetite.

During the whole days of a diet it is possible to use salt, natural spices, sheet greens, to have tea or coffee without sugar.

If is planned to continue a diet, then the seventh day is allotted on rest during which it is possible to eat any food, then the diet renews from first "petal".

What products are prohibited?

Except the resolved products listed in the list, nothing else can be added to a diet. Strict prohibition concerns sugar, animal and vegetable fats, alcohol in any kind. Also it is impossible to replace one product with another and to break the sequence of "petals".

Some nutritionists nevertheless allow two exceptions: allow to replace fish with seafood and cottage cheese natural yogurt, but a consensus about expediency of such replacement does not exist. Nevertheless, if whether the question is raised to observe "6 petals" with these deviations, or not to keep to a diet in general, then of course, it is better to choose the first.

Menu

Strict, and even the approximate menu of a diet of 6 petals does not exist. Not less than three times a day are only recommended to eat food, and 5-6 times are better at regular intervals. The amount of the eaten food is not limited, it is possible to be guided by the appetite that, undoubtedly, significantly facilitates a diet.
