ABC diet, or Ana Boot Camp, – a 50-day power supply system which daily caloric content of the menu does not exceed 800 kcal. These are much less requirements of the organism having an enormous stress for this reason. The diet lasts 50 days during which the daily caloric content of products changes in a chaotic order, and some days demand a full hunger strike. The diet saves from 25 kg in 50 days.

Advantages

ABC diet – a powerful shake-up for the organism which got used to nourishing food. Considerable decrease in nutritiousness of a diet leaves no chance for extra kilos, and fluctuations of daily caloric content do not allow an organism to slow down metabolism that happens on low-calorie diets.

Shortcomings and contraindications

Sharp decrease in daily caloric content exhausts an organism which has no place to take energy for breath, blood circulation, heat exchange, etc. The health throughout a diet worsens. Kilograms will leave generally at the expense of muscle bulk.

On a diet it is better to use hot dishes – they sytny cold.

In the Diet of AVS there is no list of the resolved products, the main thing – to keep within the allowed caloric content.

What products are prohibited?

Alcohol and high-calorific food as it promotes exceeding of extremely low day kalorazh is prohibited.

The approximate menu of the Diet of ABC for 3 days:

500 kcal

Breakfast: 100 g of porridge, 100 g of kefir.

Lunch: pack of skim cheese.

Dinner: 2 average oranges.

350 kcal

Breakfast: apple.

Lunch: vegetable soup.

Dinner: sauerkraut.

200 kcal

Breakfast: apple.

Lunch: vegetable soup.

Dinner: skim cheese.

Useful tips:

Council 1: During the lunchtime it is better to use hot dishes – they sytny cold.

Council 2: In days it is desirable to eat porridges after which use the feeling of satiety long remains with the minimum caloric content (100-200 kcal).
