  • broths and infusions from a hawthorn, berries of a dogrose, a ginseng, a purple cone-flower, ginger, a root of a glycyrrhiza, camomile, leaves of a wild strawberry, a burdock, lucerne.

  • herring, silvery and yellow perch, shark, croaker, striped catfish, carp, smelts, swordfish, sole, combs, mussels, squids;
  • 2% cow's milk, whey, firm cheeses;
  • soy milk and cheese;
  • cod liver fat, oil linen, rape, peanut;
  • pine and American nuts, pistachios, cashew, macadamia, almonds;
  • bread from a spelled, rye meal, wallpaper flour, bread without gluten, products from firm grades of wheat, from wheat bran, from oat bran, matzo wheat;
  • wheat and rice cream soup, soy granules, wheat bran, amaranth, barley;
  • zucchini, cabbage white, red and Chinese, swede, pumpkin, turnip, daikon, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, salad chicory, fennel, green onions, caraway seeds, onions Spanish and yellow, leek, onions shallot, asparagus, hothouse mushrooms, olives;
  • apples, pears, apricots, peaches, nectarines, water-melons, melons, dates, papaya, tangerines, limes, elder berries, cowberry, prunes, blueberry, bilberry, black and red currant, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry;

  • filbert, poppy, sunflower seeds of pumpkin, sesame and sunflower;
  • corn and products from it, a buckwheat;
  • beans black and fava, haricot Lima, vegetable and radiant, chick-pea;
  • radish, avocado, pepper yellow, artichoke, girasol, red hot pepper siliculose and earth;
  • oranges, persimmon, mango, coco, garnets, guava, rhubarb;
  • barley malt, edible gelatin, corn starch, ketchup, vinegar;
  • anise, allspice, capers, pepper Cayenne, ground white and black;
  • drinks: black tea, alcoholic beverages, orange juice;

Menu

The approximate menu for three days:

First day

Breakfast: porridge with cherries and plums, coffee.

Lunch: vegetables cream soup, the cheese, eggs and sardines salad filled with olive oil.

Dinner: boiled mutton with eggplants and pepper.

Having a snack: handful of nuts, several fruit or vegetables.

Second day

Breakfast: rice porridge.

Lunch: broccoli, color and Brussels sprout soup cream, fruit salad.

Dinner: julienne from sea fish, green tea.

Having a snack: nuts, dried apricots or prunes, rye small loafs.

Third day

Breakfast: yogurt, pear, fruit drink from a sea-buckthorn.

Lunch: vegetables soup, the cheese, turkey, Beijing cabbage and tomato salad filled with sour cream.

Dinner: the fish baked rice.

Having a snack: nuts, fruit, kefir.
