Afternoon snack

15 g of cheese or 30 g of cottage cheese, 10 g of butter, 30 g of bread, milk cup.

Dinner

200 g of boiled vegetables, 100 g of meat, 1 portion of salad from greens, 100 ml of milk, cup of tea or coffee, 100 g of fruit.

Example of the menu for 1 day of 1000 kcal:

First breakfast

10 g of butter, 20 g of bread, 1 soft-boiled egg, 100th grapefruit, coffee or tea.

Second breakfast

Milk cup.

Lunch

200 g of boiled vegetables, 80 g of meat, 1 portion of salad from greens, 100 g of fruit, tea or coffee.

Afternoon snack

5 g of cheese or cottage cheese, 20 g of butter, bread, 15-30 ml of milk.

Dinner

200 g of boiled vegetables, 80 g of meat, 200 g of salad, ½ cups of milk, tea or coffee, portion of fruit.

Useful tips

Council 1: When using option of a diet on 1000 kcal a day for the second breakfast it is possible to use vegetables or low-fat meat broth.

Council 2: At intolerance of milk it is possible to replace it with natural dairy drink (for example, kefir).
