• For four or five meals it is necessary to eat five hundred grams of natural yogurt;

• To eat four hundred grams of fresh fruit (to do of them salads and to fill salads with yogurt). It is forbidden to eat sweet fruit: pears, grapes, melons and water-melons. Best of all – a citrus and apples;

• To drink mineral and drinking water, green or black tea. Liquid volume per day – is not less than 1,5 liters;

• For lunch or for dinner in addition to yogurt it is necessary to eat hundred grams of low-fat meat and the salad made from tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh greens;

• Between receptions of food it is desirable to drink freshly squeezed juice in small amounts: garnet, not clarified apple, grapefruit, orange. Before the use juice is diluted with boiled chilled water in proportions 1:2. If you want to buy juice in shop, track that they did not contain dyes and preservatives in structure.

The approximate menu of a diet on yogurt for one day:

Breakfast: warm unsweetened tea (a half of a cup), yogurt together with pieces of fruit (dried fruits) or berries, the diluted garnet juice (a half of a glass).

Lunch: warm tea (a half of a cup), yogurt cucumbers soup and the crushed greens, olive oil, boiled meat (hundred grams), tomatoes, cucumbers, greens and lemon juice salad, the diluted garnet juice (a half of a glass).

Afternoon snack: yogurt together with fruit or vegetables (to add the cut vegetables and mustard to yogurt), mineral water.

Dinner (not later, than in 3,5-4 hours prior to a dream): warm tea (a half of a glass), yogurt together with stewed vegetables, the diluted garnet juice.

It is possible to follow a diet on yogurt for two weeks, further it is obligatory to take a break at least for two-three months.

The diet on yogurt is contraindicated to the people having an allergy to key products in a diet – yogurt and a citrus, and also having disorders of digestive tract.
