  • Fast meat;

  • Kefir and yogurt;

Breakfast

Fresh vegetables and greens, 2 boiled eggs salad, cup of coffee.

250 ml of yogurt.

Salad from tomatoes and cucumbers, 300 ml of the borsch on a beef-infusion broth filled with sour cream, a cup of green tea.

Dinner

Stewed vegetables, 150 g of the fish baked in a foil.

Supper

250 ml of kefir.

The approximate menu for 1 day of the III stage:

Breakfast

Porridge with fresh berries, a cup of coffee.

Lunch

Salad from fresh vegetables, 300 ml of the mushroom soup filled with sour cream, a toast, a cup of green tea.

Dinner

Salad from fresh or baked vegetables, 100 g of brown rice, 150 g of chicken fillet on a grill, 200 ml of fruit juice.

Supper

250 ml of kefir, oatmeal cookies.

Useful tips

Council 1: At the first stage fresh vegetables salads can be filled with yogurt, on the second and third – a small amount of vegetable oil.
