Раствор для инфузий Гемодез-Н Gemodez-N – disintoxication means.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form: solution for infusions – transparent liquid of yellow or light yellow color (on 100, 200, 250, 400 or 500 ml in bottles, on 100, 250 or 500 ml in containers, on 250 or 400 ml in bottles, in a cardboard pack – 1 piece; in a cardboard box – 28 bottles on 250 ml, 28 bottles on 200 ml, 15 bottles or bottles on 400 ml).

The maintenance of the operating components in 100 ml of solution:

Povidone (polyvinylpirrolidone) low-molecular medical with a molecular weight of 8000+-2000 – 6000 mg;
Sodium chloride – 550 mg;
Calcii chloridum – 50 mg;
Potassium chloride – 42 mg;
Natrii hydrocarbonas – 23 mg;
Magnesium chloride anhydrous – 0,5 mg.

Excipients: water for injections.

Indications to use

Disintoxication action of Gemodeza-N is used at treatment of the following pathologies:

Intoxication (toxic diseases of the digestive tract (DT), including dyspepsia, dysentery, salmonellosis; beam, burn and hemolitic diseases, impassability of intestines, peritonitis, sepsis, thyrotoxicosis, liver diseases, pneumonia; a myocardial infarction in an acute phase);
Shock (postoperative, posttraumatic, burn, hemorrhagic);
Gestosis;
Toxaemia of newborns.

Contraindications

Contraindications to use of drug are:

Chronic heart failure of IIB-III of a stage;
Hemorrhagic stroke;
Intracranial hypertensia;
State after a craniocereberal injury;
Respiratory insufficiency;
Bronchial asthma;
Heavy allergic reactions;
Acute nephrite, oliguria, anury;
Phlebothrombosis;
Thromboembolism;
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Solution is entered intravenously kapelno with a speed of 40-80 thaws a minute by means of the filtering device.

Before the procedure solution needs to be heated to body temperature.

The doctor appoints dosing individually, considering degree of intoxication and age of the patient.

Single dose for adults – 200-500 ml, for children at the rate of 5-10 ml on 1 kg of weight of the child.

The maximum single dose for children depending on age should not exceed:

Up to 2 years – 50-70 ml;
From 2 to 5 years – 100 ml;
From 5 to 10 years – 150 ml;
For teenagers from 10 to 15 years – 200 ml.

The drug is administered by 1-2 times a day within 1-10 days, depending on poisoning degree:

Hemolitic disease and toxaemia of newborns – every other day or daily on 2-8 procedures;
Macrofocal myocardial infarction – in the first days 200 ml of drug once enter, in case of need next day infusion can be repeated in the same volume;
Acute gastrointestinal infections, burn and beam diseases – 1-2 times a day.

At administration of solution it is necessary to control the general condition and arterial pressure of the patient.

Side effects

At high rate of administering of drug emergence of side effects in the form of difficulty of breath, arterial hypotension, tachycardia is possible.

In some cases action of Gemodeza-N can cause development of allergic reactions up to an acute anaphylaxis.

Special instructions

Freezing does not influence quality of drug, after thawing at the room temperature contents before use should be shaken up carefully.

At extensive burns simultaneous administration of albumine, gamma-globulin, plasma is recommended.

Data on medicinal interaction of drug are absent.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature from 0 to 20 °C.

Period of validity – 3 years.
