Application instruction:
Гинос – the vegetable drug promoting improvement of cerebral and peripheric circulation.
Form of release and structure
Гинос release in the form of tablets, coated: brick-red, round, biconvex, on cross section – two layers (on 10 pieces in blister strip packagings, on 3 or 9 packagings in a cardboard pack; on 30 pieces in dark glass jars, after 1 bank in a cardboard pack).
Is a part of 1 tablet:
- Active agent: a ginkgo bilobed (in the form of dry extract of leaves) – 40 mg (the maintenance of the sum of flavonoids – 24%);
- Auxiliary components: lactose, povidone (polyvinylpirrolidone), corn starch, magnesium stearate, примогель (sodium carboxymethylstarch), aerosil (colloid silicon dioxide);
- Cover: Opadry II.
Indications to use
- The Distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy of various genesis (old age, stroke, craniocereberal injuries) which is shown sleep disorders, mental abilities and memory, decrease in attention, sensation of fear and alarms;
- Neurosensory disturbances (sonitus, dizziness, instability of gait);
- Reynaud's syndrome, disturbances of microcirculation and peripheric circulation (including an arteriopatiya of the lower extremities).
Contraindications
- Erosive gastritis;
- Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum (at an aggravation);
- The lowered coagulability of blood;
- Age up to 12 years;
- Pregnancy and period of a lactation (breastfeeding);
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Гинос appoint with care the patient with arterial hypotension and acute disorders of cerebral circulation.
Route of administration and dosage
Гинос accept inside, regardless of meal. Tablets need to be swallowed entirely, without chewing and to wash down with a small amount of water.
Frequency rate of reception – 3 times a day (in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening).
The mode of dosing is defined by indications:
- Frustration of cerebral circulation: the single dose – 1-2 tablets, course duration – is not less than 2 months;
- Disturbances of peripheric circulation and neurosensory disturbances: a single dose – 1 tablet, course duration – 1,5-2 months.
Purpose of repeated medical courses is in case of need possible.
If the insufficient dose was accepted, or reception of a single dose was missed, it is not necessary to change the appointed drug dose in the subsequent reception.
Side effects
- Alimentary system: seldom – the dyspepsia phenomena;
- Central nervous system: seldom – a headache;
- Allergic reactions: the itch, skin rash are possible;
- Others: decrease in coagulability of blood.
Special instructions
It is not necessary to exceed the recommended Ginos's doses.
As a rule, improvement of a state is observed in 1 month from the moment of the beginning of therapy.
It is not recommended to take alcohol against the background of performing treatment.
Medicinal interaction
Simultaneous use of Ginos with peroral anticoagulants and acetylsalicylic acid is not recommended.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 25 °C.
