The diet was developed for Hollywood stars whose forms and proportions the whole world admires. The famous film actors ate exotic fruit, seafood, expensive species of fish. Menu

The menu for a week is included below; if the diet proceeds for a week, then the menu repeats.

Breakfast always identical Yo-half of grapefruit or two oranges, black coffee or tea.

First day

Lunch: egg, tomato, 40 g of almonds, cup of black coffee.

Dinner: egg, green salad, grapefruit.

Second day

Lunch: egg, grapefruit, black coffee.

Dinner: 150-200 g of beef, cucumber or green salad, cup of tea.

Third day

Lunch: egg, tomato, boiled color/white cabbage or stewed spinach, black coffee.

Dinner: 150-200 g of boiled fish fillet, cucumber, tea.

Fourth day

Lunch: egg, a green salad from a celery and cabbage, black coffee.

Dinner: 140-200 g of low-fat cottage cheese, stewed spinach or 100 g of grated carrots with lemon juice, grapefruit.

Fifth day

Lunch: egg, stewed spinach, black coffee.

Dinner: 150-200 g of boiled chicken fillet, green sheet salad, tea.

Sixth day

Lunch: fruit orange, grapefruit, apples and nuts salad - 200 g.

Dinner: 150-200 g of beef, cucumber, tea.

Seventh day

Lunch: 200 g of vegetable broth, 150 g of chicken.

Dinner: glass of low-fat kefir, fruit salad.

During a diet it is necessary to drink not less than 1,5 l of water a day.

Vegetable salads fill with natural yogurt without additives or lemon juice.

Council 1. Eggs replace quail at the rate of 1 chicken = 2 quail.
