Halapenyo

Halapenyo – one of grades of burning chili pepper. Fruits of a plant have moderate and burning taste (from 2500 to 8000 units on Skovill's scale). Pepper is called in honor of the city of Jalapa located in Mexico in the state of Veracruz. Jalapa – the chief producer and the supplier халапеньо.

Halapenyo contains such components, necessary for a human body, as essential oils, капсорубин, capsanthin, carotinoids, хавицин, sugar, linoleic (66%) and linolenic acids (6%).

Tinctures from this fruit improve digestion and destroy microbes. At the moderate use pepper will make salutary fortifying impact on an organism. The regular use of a small amount of pepper promotes decrease in permeability and strengthening of walls of blood vessels.
