Сироп для приема внутрь Кидди Фарматон Kiddi Pharmaton – complex polyvitaminic and polymineral medicine.

Form of release and structure

Kiddi Pharmaton is issued in the form of syrup for intake: the transparent dense liquid of orange color having an orange smell and a sweet orange flavor (in bottles on 100 ml, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack).

Active agents are a part of 1 ml of syrup:

Calcium glycerophosphate – 204 mg (corresponds to contents: calcium – 8,67 mg, phosphorus – 13,33 mg);
Thiamin hydrochloride _{(B1 vitamin)} – 0,2 mg;
Phosphate Riboflavinum _{(B2 vitamin)} – 0,23 mg;
Pyridoxine hydrochloride _{(B6 vitamin)} – 0,4 mg;
Cholecalciferol _{(D3 vitamin)} – 0,001 mg (40 IU (international units));
Tocopherol acetate D, L-(vitamin E) – 1 mg;
Niacinamide (RR vitamin) – 1,33 mg;
D-panthenol – 0,67 mg;
L-lysine hydrochloride – 20 mg.

Auxiliary components: L-ascorbic acid, 70% sorbitol, 96% ethanol, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, orange essence 9/012988, ethylene diamine tetraacetate disodium salt, polysorbate 80, polysorbate 20, saccharin sodium salt, sodium benzoate (E211), monohydrate of citric acid, sorbate of potassium (E202), the purified water.

Indications to use

Kiddi Pharmaton appoint to children for completion of a lack of vitamins and minerals, including the following states / diseases:

Infectious diseases and period of recovery;
The period of active growth (for the purpose of prevention and - and hypovitaminoses);
Postoperative and posttraumatic period;
Observance of diets and/or insufficient intake of vitamins B an organism together with food.

Contraindications

Hypercalcuria, hypercalcemia;
Hypervitaminosis of D and V;
Fenilketonuriya;
Functional disturbances of kidneys;
Simultaneous use with medicines with the maintenance of a kolekaltsiferol (cholecalciferol);
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Kiddi Pharmaton accept inside, it is more preferable – before reception of a breakfast or lunch (drug use is not recommended in the evening).

Frequency rate of use – once a day.

If necessary syrup can be diluted with water or to mix with food. Sorbite and saccharin is Kiddi Pharmaton's part, syrup has an orange flavor.

With the preventive purpose the following mode of dosing (daily dose) is recommended:

Children of 1-3 years – 2,5 ml;
Children of 4-6 years – 3 ml;
Children of 7 years – 4 ml.

At hypovitaminoses and similar states drug in the medical purposes is usually appointed in the following daily doses:

Children of 1-5 years – 7,5 ml;
Children of school age – 15 ml.

Duration of a course is defined by the doctor individually.

Side effects

During Kiddi Pharmaton's reception such disturbances as nausea, vomiting, allergic reactions can be observed (in the form of an itch, a small tortoiseshell, skin rashes).

At long therapy, administration of drug in high doses, and also at hypersensitivity emergence of symptoms of a hypervitaminosis of vitamin D and _B6 is possible (in the form of a headache, thirst, the speeded-up urination, functional disturbance of kidneys, a peripheral nephropathy, an ataxy).

Special instructions

At Kiddi Pharmaton's storage can arise syrup opacifications (it is connected with availability in it of fruit extract) that does not exert impact on its efficiency. Before reception the bottle with syrup needs to be shaken up carefully.

Medicinal interaction

Cases of interactions of Kiddi Pharmaton with food stuffs or other drugs are unknown.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in densely corked bottle in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature of 15-25 °C.

Period of validity – 2 years.

After the first opening of a bottle syrup can be accepted for 1 month.
