Application instruction:
Otsillokoktsinum – the homeopathic medicine applied to treatment of catarrhal diseases and flu.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form of release of Otsillokoktsinum – homeopathic granules: white, easily soluble in water, almost spherical shape, inodorous (on 1 g (1 dose) in tubas from white polypropylene with a polyethylene stopper, on 3 tubas in blisters from a polyvinyl chloride transparent thermosticky film, on 1, 2 or 4 blisters in the cardboard pack having the "uvula" which is stuck on each side).
Is a part of 1 g (1 doses):
- Active agent: Anas barbariaelium, hepatic et cordis extractum – 0,01 ml (200K – cultivation according to Korsakov);
- Additional components: lactose, sucrose.
Indications to use
- Flu easy and moderate severity;
- Acute Respiratory Viral Infections (ARVI).
Contraindications
- Lactose intolerance, malabsorption of a glucose/galactose, deficit of lactase;
- Hypersensitivity to components of granules.
Route of administration and dosage
Otsillokoktsinum accept sublingual, observing an interval with meal (in 15 minutes prior to or 60 minutes after food).
Adults should put a single dose of drug under language (before full dissolution), children of a granule can dissolve in water (small volume) and to give, using a spoon or a small bottle with a pacifier.
The mode of dosing is defined by indications:
- Initial stage of a disease: 1 dose as soon as possible from the moment of an onset of the illness, repeated administration of drug 2-3 times with a break at 6 o'clock is in case of need possible;
- The expressed disease stage: 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening) on 1 dose a course 1-3 days;
- Prevention (during spread of a SARS): 1 time in 7 days on 1 dose.
Side effects
Data on probable side effects during Otsillokoktsinum's reception are absent. In case of development of disturbances it is necessary to consult with the specialist.
Special instructions
At increase for 24 hours of symptoms of a disease it is necessary to consult with the specialist.
The earlier therapy is begun, the drug works more effectively.
