Раствор для инфузий 1,5% Реамберин Reamberin – disintoxication means with antioxidant and anti-hypoxemic action for parenteral use.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – solution for infusions of 1,5%: colourless, transparent (in bottles on 100, 200 and 400 ml, in a pack a cardboard 1 bottle; in polymeric containers on 250 and 500 ml, in a pack cardboard 20 or 32 containers (for hospitals)).

Reamberin contains in 1 ml of solution:

Active agent: sodium Megluminum succinate – 15 mg, including N-metilglyukamin (Megluminum) – 8,725 mg, succinic acid – 5,280 mg;
Auxiliary components: magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

Indications to use

Reamberin is applied as disintoxication and anti-hypoxemic cure for acute exogenous and endogenous intoxications of various etiology.

Contraindications

The expressed renal failures;
The states after craniocereberal injuries which are followed by brain hypostasis;
Period of pregnancy and lactation;
Children's age till 1 year;
Individual hypersensitivity to any component of Reamberin.

With care solution is applied at an alkalosis.

Route of administration and dosage

Reamberin enter intravenously kapelno.

Dosages and rate of administering of drug are defined individually depending on severity of a state.

The recommended doses:

Adults – of 400-800 ml a day with a speed no more than 90 drops a minute (1-4,5 ml/minute);
Children are more senior than 1 year – of 6-10 ml/kg, but no more than 400 ml, 1 time a day with a speed of 3-4 ml a minute.

Duration of a course is determined by the doctor. The maximum duration of treatment – 11 days.

Side effects

At bystry introduction of Reamberin the following undesirable reactions are possible:

From respiratory system: dry cough, asthma;
From immune system: allergic reactions, acute anaphylaxis, Quincke's disease;
From cardiovascular system: short wind, thorax pain and areas of heart, tachycardia, arterial hypotension / hypertensia, tachycardia, short-term burning sensation and reddenings of an upper body;
From digestive tract: metal smack in a mouth, diarrhea, an abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting;
From a nervous system: paresthesias, headache, concern, dizziness, excitement, tremor, spasms;
From skin and hypodermic cellulose: urticaria, itch, allergic rash;
General frustration: perspiration, fever, weakness, hyperthermia;
Reactions in an injection site: pain, hyperemia, hypostasis, phlebitis.

In case of side reactions it is necessary to lower rate of administering of Reamberin.

Special instructions

Because of activation of aerobic processes in an organism during treatment by drug alkalinization of urine and blood, and also decrease in concentration of glucose in blood is possible.

In case of discoloration or emergence of a deposit it is forbidden to use solution.

Medicinal interaction

In need of Reamberin it is possible to apply along with glucose solution, water-soluble vitamins and antibacterial drugs.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in protected from light, the place, unavailable to children, with observance of temperature condition of 0-25 °C. Freezing of solution is allowed.

Period of validity – 5 years.
