Ременс

Ременс – the homeopathic medicine applied at treatment of a menopausal syndrome and disturbances of a menstrual cycle.

Form of release and structure

Dosage forms of release of Remens:

• Tablets are hypoglossal homeopathic: white with a yellowish shade with possible impregnations, ploskotsilindrichesky, a round form, with risky and a facet, have no smell (on 12 pieces in blisters, in a cardboard pack 1-4 blisters);
• Drops are homeopathic: transparent, from light yellow to colourless with slightly yellowish shade, have a slight specific smell (on 20, 50 or 100 ml in dark glass bottles droppers, in a cardboard pack 1 bottle dropper).

Active ingredients as a part of 1 tablet hypoglossal:

• Clustery tsimitsifuga (Cimicifuga) D1 – 17,9 mg;
• The Canadian sanguinaria (Sanguinaria) D6 – 37,2 mg;
• D6 Jaborandi – 37,2 mg;
• Poison of a snake a surukuka (Lachesis) D12 – 37,2 mg;
• Secret of gland of a cuttlefish (Sepia) D12 – 37,2 mg.

Auxiliary components: monohydrate of lactose, potato starch, magnesium stearate.

Active ingredients as a part of 10 ml of drops homeopathic:

• Tsimitsifuga racemase (Цимицифуга) (Cimicifuga racemosa (Cimicifuga)) D1 – 0,5 ml;
• Sanguinaria канаденсис (Sanguinaria) (Sanguinaria canadensis (Sanguinaria)) of D6 – 1 ml;
• D6 Jaborandi – 1 ml;
• Sepia оффициналис (Sepia) (Sepia officinalis (Sepia)) of D12 – 1 ml;
• Lakhezis мутус (Lakhezis) (Lachesis mutus (Lachesis)) D12 – 1 ml.

Auxiliary components: alcohol (ethanol) of 43% (on weight) – 5,5 ml.

Indications to use

Ременс appoint in combination with other medicines at therapy of the following diseases / states:

• Adnexitis;
• Disturbances of a menstrual cycle (including a secondary amenorrhea, a dysmenorrhea, a syndrome of premenstrual tension);
• Endometritis;
• Menopausal syndrome.

Contraindications

Tablets are hypoglossal

• Age up to 12 years (sufficient clinical data for this age group of patients are absent);
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

To the feeding and pregnant women use of drug is possible only on doctor's orders.

Drops are homeopathic
Absolute:

• Liver diseases;
• The combined use with other drugs containing a tsimitsifuga;
• Age up to 12 years (sufficient clinical data for this age group of patients are absent);
• Pregnancy and period of a lactation;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Relative (Remens appoint with care at the following diseases / states):

• Alcoholism;
• Brain diseases;
• Craniocereberal injuries.

Route of administration and dosage

Ременс in any dosage form it is recommended to accept, observing intervals with meal (in 30 minutes prior to or in 60 minutes after food).

Tablets need to be kept under language to a full rassasyvaniye. Drops can be accepted divorced (a single dose in 1 tablespoon of water) or not divorced. Before we swallow them it is necessary to take 20-30 seconds in a mouth.

Single dose: 1 tablets or 10 drops, frequency rate of reception – 3 times a day. At a menopausal syndrome after stabilization of a state frequency rate of reception is reduced to 1-2 times a day.

The recommended course duration:

• Disturbances of a menstrual cycle and chronic inflammatory diseases of female generative organs – 3 months. The course of treatment if necessary in 1 month can be repeated;
• The menopausal syndrome – is not less than 6 months.

In an onset of the illness and in cases at which bystry weakening of symptoms is required before improvement of a state the single dose is accepted by each 30-60 minutes, but it is no more than 8 times in day. Further switch over dosing to the standard mode.

Drops are homeopathic
In rare instances the increased salivation can develop and be broken function of a liver. In cases of emergence of other side reactions it is necessary to consult with the specialist.

Natural vegetable substances therefore at storage of drops weakening of a smell and taste and insignificant opacification can be observed that does not lead to reduction of efficiency of drug are Remens's part.

At emergence of signs of injury of a liver (in the form of yellowness, darkenings of urine, pains in right hypochondrium, nausea, lack of appetite, weakness) therapy should be interrupted immediately.

If within 30 days of treatment improvement is not observed, it is necessary to consult with the specialist.

It is necessary to consider that as an additional component ethanol is a part of drops (an average single dose (10 drops) – 160 mg).

During therapy when performing potentially dangerous types of the works requiring special attention and speed of psychomotor reactions it is necessary to be careful.

Medicinal interaction

Therapy by Remens does not exclude use of other medicinal means / substances.

At the combined use with other drugs containing a tsimitsifuga strengthening of toxic action on a liver can be observed.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in protected from light and strong electromagnetic fields, the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 25 °C.

Period of validity:

• Tablets hypoglossal – 3 years;
• Drops homeopathic – 5 years.
