Sinupret
Application instruction:
Sinupret is a drug which possesses expectorant, antiinflammatory and sekretomotorny action. This combined medicine which is usually used at cough and cold. Drug is recommended to be used in complex therapy.
Sinupret's analogs are the following drugs:
- Anginal;
- Aspirin;
- Aflubin;
- To Terafl.
Pharmacological action of Sinupret
Sinupret consists of vegetable components, has antiinflammatory, and also expectorant effect. Drug removes a rhinedema. According to Sinupret's instruction does a mucous membrane of a nose steadier to endogenous, and also to exogenous pathogenic factors. Also this drug possesses antiviral action on an organism.
Release form
Sinupret usually is issued in two types:
- dragee of a round form, coated green color;
- drops for internal use of yellowy-brown color, with a pleasant smell.
Packaging contains 50 dragees, Sinupret's drops are issued in bottles on 100 ml with the dosing drop device.
Indications to Sinupret's use
Sinupret's use is carried out at treatment of respiratory diseases which are followed by formation of a viscous secret. These are such diseases as:
- bronchitis;
- laryngitis;
- pharyngitis;
- tracheitis;
- pneumonia;
- flu;
- pulmonary tuberculosis;
- acute and chronic sinusitis;
- tracheobronchitis;
- mucoviscidosis.
Contraindications
Sinupret's use in the presence for the patient of hypersensitivity to any of drug components is not recommended, at a lactose intolerance. According to Sinupret's instruction children are forbidden to accept up to two years (for drops), to children up to 6 years (for a dragee). This drug is contraindicated to the patients having alcoholism (for drops), and also to the patients who successfully received medical treatment alcoholism. With extra care it is necessary to appoint this medicine at diseases of a liver, epilepsy, and also at various brain injuries. Sinupret's use is forbidden when feeding by a breast.
Application instruction of Sinupret
It is necessary to accept Sinupret inside on 2 dragees or on 50 drops 3 times a day. Children from 2 to 6 years need to accept Sinupret on 15 drops 3 times a day. Children from 6 to 16 years need to accept drug on 25 drops or on one dragee 3 times a day. Drops should be accepted in not divorced look, children up to 16 years should dissolve medicine in juice or tea. At use of drops inside the bottle needs to be held in vertical position. Drug does not exert impact on driving.
Side effects
Reviews of Sinupreta in most cases positive. At prolonged use of Sinupret there can be following allergic reactions: short wind, itch, erubescence, skin rash. According to reviews Sinupret can make sick, heartburn, vomiting and pains in an upper part of a stomach. Drug strengthens action of antibiotics on the patient's organism.
Sinupret's use at pregnancy
According to Sinupret's instruction during pregnancy it is possible to apply only on doctor's orders. During pregnancy it is desirable to accept medicine in the form of a dragee. Sinupret's use in the form of drops is possible, but only if administration of drug in the form of a dragee is not recommended by the doctor as drops contain alcohol. It is recommended to use the resolved Sinupret's analogs which do not exert a negative impact on fetation during pregnancy.
