Tadenang – means for conservative treatment of adenoma of a prostate.

Pharmacological action

Tadenang – drug on a vegetable basis, it is received by extraction of active agents from bark of an evergreen tree - the African plum. It neutralizes a major factor of growth of fibroblasts - connective tissue cells, and thanks to it reduces its growth, prevents fibrosis in a prostate.

Tadenang according to the instruction renders antiinflammatory and a protivootechnoyevozdeystviye on a prostate, improving its function and stimulating secretion. Antiinflammatory action is implemented due to suppression of activity of leukotrienes and other active agents. Hormonal activity of gland at treatment does not change.

Tadenang also in a complex influences smooth muscle cells of a bladder, improving its work. Drug eliminates such unpleasant symptoms of functional frustration as a dysuria (unpleasant feelings and difficulties of an urination), a nocturia (increase of an urination at night), a pollakiuria (the speeded-up urination).

It is especially effective at early stages of high-quality regeneration of a prostate, with easy and moderate symptomatology, surgical intervention is not required yet. This medicine as prophylactic of adenoma of a prostate it is recommended for use for persons with predisposition to it. It is not possible to study a pharmacodynamics and Tadenang's metabolism because of a plant origin of drug.

Indications to Tadenang's use

According to the instruction Tadenang apply in treatment of early stages of adenoma of a prostate, at chronic prostatitis (for prevention of fibrosis), after operational removal of adenoma or all prostate.

Contraindications

Drug cannot be used at intolerance of its components. In particular, this medicine contains peanut butter, at people with the expressed allergy to it the acute anaphylaxis can take place. This medicine is not intended for reception by women.

Application instruction of Tadenang

Drug is intended for the internal use, there are two options of reception – all daily dose – 100 mg for 1 time, or on 50 mg (1 capsule) twice a day, at an interval of 12 hours. It is better to date Tadenang's reception for food. The course of treatment lasts 4 – 8 weeks, duration it is determined by the attending physician. Repeated courses are possible.

Before therapy it is necessary to exclude the malignant nature of damage of a prostate gland by means of ultrasonic, rectal manual or special laboratory researches. It is also necessary to control periodically a condition of a prostate and during treatment. Side effects of Tadenang

According to Tadenang it is well transferred, occasionally at its use nausea, appetite loss, locks or diarrhea, a gynecomastia and pain in testicles, a small tortoiseshell, an acute anaphylaxis meet.
