Actinometer

The actinometer (Greek aktinos, aktis – a beam + Greek metreo – to measure) – the device used for measurement of a radiation intensity of artificial sources of heat or direct solar radiation. The actinometer is used, for example, when carrying out medico-climatological and hygienic researches.
