Alexander-Adams operation (used up; English surgeon of W. Ch. Alexander, 1815-1902; the English gynecologist of J. A. Adams, 1818-1899) – the surgery of extra peritoneal shortening of round ligaments of uterus from the inguinal channel performed for elimination of its mobile retroflexion.
