Arthrorisis

Arthrorisis (arthrorisis; Greek arthron – the joint relating to a joint + Greek ereisis from ereido – to prop up, strengthen) – surgery on creation in a joint of additional bone ledges and sheaves for restriction of movements at "looseness" (pathological mobility) of a joint.
